Thoughts on Paint Maintenance and Tires

Hi all, What are your thoughts on paint maintenance? Below is a picture of my baby and I was wanting to freshen her up a bit...... Also, i understand, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it", but the tires on my 89 are the originals, when should them be replaced? Only if there is an issue, or...

show off your "on" tractor toolbox

I'm thinking of a steel (4" square tube) with a flat plate to which I would bolt a box to between my rops bars. Maybe a chain box up front bolted to the frame

Thoughts and Feelings on using a Woods RB6 blade on my B8200

You have nothing to be ashamed of ..... I did the same thing with a 78' F150 in a 4' deep slush covered skidder hole. My current driveway is 50' long and 20' wide. I bought the blade for a future house purchase. I wanted to get my tools before I retire. You are a better/bigger man then I for...

https://www.youtube.com/live/btCbLwiULfA?si=CjZHUNp3LN84ESHi I watched this video. 2wheel drive, looks like a 6' blade in 8+" of snow. I'm hoping I do just a bit better .....

Thoughts and Feelings on using a Woods RB6 blade on my B8200

So maybe another question, if I go out every 4" and plow would it negate the sideways motion or bogging down. We rarely see more then 4-6" at any one time.

Thoughts and Feelings on using a Woods RB6 blade on my B8200

Oh, no doubt! I can remember a 10" wet snow a few years ago became a 3 plow event.... 3 times at 3" just to move it. I guess here is another question: My experience was a 20hp, shaft driven,hydro-static drive which was half the weight of my kubota. Will a 19hp diesel, hydrostatic drive, 4x4...

Thoughts and Feelings on using a Woods RB6 blade on my B8200

I had a 99 Simplicity Legacy 20HP with the 60"(5 foot) front snow blade. 6" of snow was no big deal. That is the only experience I have with pushing snow with blades.

Thoughts and Feelings on using a Woods RB6 blade on my B8200

Yes 6 feet wide and the 8200 has 19hp. The older thread here said run with it and a couple of youtube videos show 8200's running them, but I wanted a few more thoughts on this before I cut it down to 5 feet.....unless its just fine at 6 feet.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I don't normally get worked up about a purchase, but this tractor is an exception. She is a keeper. I can't wait till spring to give her a fresh coat of paint......

Thank y Thank you....I wanted an 8200 since high school. Found her with low hours and always parked indoors. At some point I would like to add power steering, but she is just so much fun! Cut the grass and could just cry. She cut like my old legacy..... Light paint restoration in spring and...
