Take #4 off then remove circlip and drop shaft thru gearbox, then support pulley and press shaft off. Big Kahuna

Yes and what you have for tires are fine, it tills like powder, they are a really great tiller, give him $500 for it, new in 1980 they were $1200. BK

It's the tiller that was made for that tractor, you sink it down in the ground and go. BTW it's a K-420 when they made it for Kubota.

And $4000 later you'll have a new motor, been there done that. BK

That tiller weighs almost 350 lbs. and no its not wore out, that's the way the tines are, just like mine. It's all in what you want, shiny and new or a little TLC to a tank, and it's built like one. BK

There is a plug at the base of the reservoir to drain the column and I would say your low pressure return is deteriorating inside, mine was red in color and when I tore it apart it looked like reddish orange sawdust. Big Kahuna
