Any one build a land plane?

I hear they are the way to go for maintaining a dirt road- right now I use a rake which does work well, but always open for new ideas....

    Decided on New L4600HST

Only way to go. I am trying to find a set that will fit my L3200. Ones of the L4610 are the same other then being about 2 inches longer.

    Woods Backhoe Advice

I wanted to do the same thing with my L3200. Everyone told me DON'T DO IT. I since have done alot of digging, and I will tell you I have seen a lot of pic of some nice machines with broken axle housings... even a new Holland that was basically broken in half. I would not do it.

    way off topic

WOW holy I had no idea they would weigh up like that. I have a 04 1/2 ton chevy ext. cab. So, I guess this means I will be using my 7k car trailer....

    way off topic

Way off topic here- anyone know how many square of cedar shingles will fit in a 6.5' truck body roughly? I am no carpenter, just supposed to pick up 30 bundles (10 sq) for a friend-

L3800 HST Aux Work Light Mounting

On my L3200 I bought 2 marine grade toggle switches with rubber boots and mounted them in the cover that is on the Lh side, that the levers come up through- for high, med, low range, cruise ect. They are out of the way and it is a good place to neatly run your wires.

    L series Telescopic Stabilizers

Seems like I bought a set of Hodge- he built a set for a B3300SU I had. Did a super job. I would be interested in knowing how/if it works out with the rest of the grandL hitch, as far as the 3pt arms themselves. I got my telescopic stabilizers on my L3200 as an option, only way to go. I am sure...

    2013 L3200 rear remote

Mtnviewranch is setting you up to try to sell you a tnt kit.... Do that too. One of the best things I did. He is right, go for 3... I just got done raking my road with my L3200 with the tnt I bought from him. It is awesome- I do a better job because all the those little adjustments that I would...

    L3800 - Canopy or not?

I had one on a L4610 and gave it away. I could not deal with the noise from it. I would try a machine with one before you lay out the cash.

Honey Says "Bucket Quit Liftin!" (B6200DT)

I am a mechanic by trade, but don't know that much about hydraulics. If it was mine, I would do the same as you did, and at this point I would assume the pump is the culprit. But that is just me. They are tough. And 750 hours is not much. Does the sudt2 make a big difference in the cold? I also...

    2013 L3200 rear remote

You pretty much got it. Unhook pb at the block under the rh floorboard and that is where the line for the remotes go, then the line for the 3pt that you unhooked goes to the pb port on your new valve. The return dumps back into the back of the machine where you add udt. There is a plug you buy...

    Top~n~tilt

I bought my TNT from Brian- one of the best additions to my machine so far. Lazy? maybe. But I do know that a better job gets done hands down maintaining my dirt road. Esp. with small adjustments were you say close enough- not anymore. Go for it.

    Portable gas cans

You know, I hate these cans too. I did however find one that works very well, I bought it at my local Kubota dealer @ Union Farm Equipment. I will have to look at it tomorrow and see who makes it. Its a great can, does not leak and does not take forever to fill my machine. I will look at it...

    Bucket Teeth

This is something I have been thinking about- adding a tooth bar to my L3200. It seems like they would make a heck of a difference in digging. I dont have a hoe, just the fel. Is it worth the 400 bucks? Seems like a foolish question, I just have never used one on a fel.

Buying Advice - First New Tractor

Have to tell you I love my L3200. Its a great machine and you wont be disappointed. I haul it with my 2004 chevy half ton with a 7k pj trailer with no problem. Granted, a 10k would be nice, but certainly not necessary. I dont move it a lot. Good luck you will be happy with the l3200/3800.
