Well my suspicion was right. I opened up the steering box to find a chunk of ice- so I sucked out what I could and found bearing parts in the bottom of the box... So here we go, yanked it and now going to do a full rebuild on it. Probably does not need it, but I am here and dont want to be here...

Has anyone here replaced their worn out loader valve? I have a B7200HST with one that the pins&pivots are worn out on, on a 1630 loader. still woks but sloppy- Would like to find a bolt on replacement if I could.

Is the bit broken off? Can you get a pair of vise grips on the bit? If you can, try too back it out gently- In a situation like that it would be nice to wave a little heat on the input shaft and then try to tap it out with a punch that is the same outside dia of the roll pin... but prob not a...

He said it. Drill it, just make sure you have the appropriate size bit, and drill strait- should not be a big deal.... Dont use a cotter pin, they are soft and not meant for much force as far as shearing them off....

May be a good idea to drain the front diff and see if there are any metal shavings on the suspect wheel- get a service manual and tear it down.... sounds like something let go in the differential-

No kidding- I did not think it would be a problem but thought I should check... I will use it on drive, it is almost a 1/4 mile in- So I think the foot will make a difference
