    All season storage thoughts

Don, these are all good suggestions, and I especially liked your idea of pavers. However, on second thought, they are awfully expensive (I've been considering the same thing for the area under my deck). Would you consider a pad of gravel, maybe pea-gravel or some such? Also, with the tarp...

In the words of Paul Harvey, "Page two: the rest of the story!" When I visited the ATM and maxed it out, she wasn't impressed with my $20. As I was leaving, I saw her getting into the trainer's old Miata.

Any "city boy" tractor owners out there?

Yep <mournful sigh> that's how most of us get addicted... one little thing and before we realize it, full-blown addiction. I'll check back next Christmas and see how bad you have it! :D :D :D

    Outdoor storage under a tarp?

That's a great looking shelter, and nice and tight tarps. I can see how you tensioned the top, but how do you prevent it going airborne?

Need to learn turf tire stuff please. Very basic

"Exactly", as my Auburn grad is wont to say. And my experience is that my confidence in my ability to a) avoid blasting delicate parts; and b) shielding critical electrical, fuel, and filtering parts was... well, I must confess that it was unwarranted. <blush> My suggestion was meant to convey...

    Tooth Bar attachment

I mounted mine to a very rough bucket -- so bad that it looked like it couldn't be mounted at all. I have used it to dig in gnarly root-rich dirt and it has sneered at all the abuse. No hint of the blade shifting, and the design allows for 'adjustment' up to about 3/8", IIRC.

And I'd avoid pressure washing her, 'specially as clean as she looks in your pics. A soft car-wash brush and detergent will get her (mostly) clean, and if there are places with caked gunk, you can deal with them as appropriate.

    Outdoor storage under a tarp?

skeets is one of the old-timers who is full of wisdom (he talked me into taking a cruise with Noah). My comments are not meant to refute his wisdom, only to augment it. I always (almost) cover my B6100 with a tarp (half of a light-duty big box store tarp that covered a hole in my roof for...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Awesome finds, and a great combination! So you plan to store your wood on pallets? How will you keep the load from scattering when you move it to your ready area? I'm desperately hoping some of the picture nazis or one of the tracto-porn addicts will start their war cry, "Without pics, it...

    Pulling Rebar

I've been researching working and fail limits on chain, rope, and synthetic because my faith isn't strong enough to tell my remaining dogwood to get up and go into the sea, and the efforts I've been able to make have only bent it. I learned an interesting fact about chain that in retrospect...
