    Help me decide

I am contemplating getting a Milwaukee grease gun as I have both M18 and M12 tools already. However, I am leaning towards the Lube Shuttle as it isn't supposed to leak and I always have issues with leaking and messy grease guns. I am about ready to pull the trigger on a lube Shuttle with LI400...

After the tractor arrived, I did grab my foam Cannon and gave it a quick wash followed by Hydr02 by CarPro. I love the stuff as it gives a nice easy coating that lasts about 6 months or so. I have some weld on hooks for the bucket and need to stop and pick up some expanded or perferated metal...

Will do! I brought the manuals in and started reading them. I'll have to go through and see if I need to get some larger sockets or not and I still need to order a better grease gun. I'm leaning heavily towards the Lube Shuttle with some LI400 grease since I hate how messy greasing is.

The snow shovel? 😜 Have a few that can probably (hopefully) be put away this weekend. We had snow and ice just a week ago! I did however, schedule an appointment to get the snow tires swapped back to summer tires on my car and we pulled up the driveway markers today. Little signs that better...

Exciting news to post! Got a call Wednesday they were able to have another B2601 with R14’s sent to them and they would swap the tires so I was ready to go. Swung over after work yesterday afternoon to sign the paperwork and go through everything. Afterwards we ran to Lowe’s and grabbed 100...

Kubota recommends being easy on the tractor the first 50 hours (should I even mow?)

I change the oil on new vehicles after 1k-1.5k miles and then change earlier than recommended. My truck is every 10k, but I change it at 5k. My Outback specs 6k, but it's got a turbo and it gets changed every 3500 miles. Extended intervals came about when there was a push for lowest overall...

Got a call today, my dealer said they were getting another B2601 transferred from another dealer with R14 tires and once it arrives they will swap the wheels and tires and mine will be ready to go! I stopped and picked up a diesel can and a top pin for my quick hitch this afternoon.Question...

Woe is me... Ballast box problems

Looks like it fits. Difficult to tell for sure if both bottom pins will seat in at the bottom to distribute the weight, but the gap appears to be about the same on each side which bodes well. This is the Speeco E hitch from Good Works Tractors and the box is the Vevor box I posted above. I will...

Woe is me... Ballast box problems

I purchased this ballast box and just got a Speedo quick hitch. I haven’t had a chance to test fit yet as I’m still waiting on the tires for my tractor. I can try and test fit today and see.

    Help me decide

Does anyone know if there's a backlog or delay in R14 tires? Dealer told me they got the 3rd function kit in and installed, and both the grapple and pallet forks are in. The only thing they haven't gotten yet is the R14 tires I wanted. The tractor has R4s installed right now. Just wondering if...

    Help me decide

Just got off the phone with the dealer and they had my tractor in the shop getting the 3rd function kit installed and they just got the grapple in and pallet forks should have shown up last week so I should be able to get it very soon! Sales rep was out so I'll have to wait to hear back to see...

    New purchase, concerns with dealers...

I’m new to tractors, but have had many vehicles and I think it’s more about the specific dealer than if you bought the tractor from them or not. There are going to be good and bad service departments as well as honest and dishonest dealers. Dealers get paid for warranty work so any dealer is...

Question… I was looking for information on bolt sizes as I had the thought I may need to get some larger sockets and wrenches. I found a workshop service manual for the B2301 and B2601 dated 2014...

    Help me decide

Got a call earlier this week. The 3rd function kit was delivered last Friday and should be installed this week. Pallet forks should be in Friday and the grapple is still undetermined, but possibly this week? I'm hoping it does arrive this week so I can maybe take delivery by end of March.

    Help me decide

Well, still waiting on my tractor... I did pick up a chain and have a ballast box now. I also grabbed a temporary garage. I'll have to see how everything fits, but right now I have one small garage with my lawn tractor, snow blower and some other tools and attachments in. Then my splitter and...

I looked at the kits and decided I would use PEX instead. Got the fittings, just haven't had a chance to run it yet.

Is it me or is Kubota becoming overpriced???

I didn’t find Kubota overpriced as I’ve been shopping. I was actually surprised by how affordable Kubota was compared to JD. A BX was priced right along the other subcompacts with JD being several thousand more. I did like the 1025r, but not for the price, and my local dealer just doesn’t listen...
