    B7100 exhaust stack question

Hi Tiger. I did the same thing with my B8200 and you can make your own gasket if you are not close to a kubota dealer. If the bolts are nuts on studs be carefull not to bust the studs. I wasn't so carefull had to pull the exhaust manifold and drill it out on the drillpress.:D dusty

    Front Blade

Ya Greg I wasn't real happy with the color scheme either but Kubo orange was 20 miles away so it got painted black. Joe, multi angle adjustable for sure. If you are going to the trouble of building extensions you might as well get as much versatility as possible. As far as them being removable...

    Front Blade

The blade is done, works great for pulling snow away from garage doors etc.

    Front Blade

Latest project is a fel mounted blade for snow. This is just a very simple blade, it does not angle. The loader is off of my old B7200 and I just don't think it is strong enough to take that kind of pressure. Also the quick attach plate is not heavy enough. The reason I am building this is...

B series Three Point Hitch compatibility

Hey dookanooka, glad you got it apart. I was going to say something about the wd40 contaminating your hydraulic oil but I was also thinking by the time you are done with this little project, you will have to change it anyway. I am thinking that you should be able to move the piston by moving the...

    B7200 dash panel removal

If I could remember how I got them out I would tell you. But I did get them out, and it couldn't have been that bad or I would have remembered. Good luck and keep us posted.:D dusty

How can I loose stubborn nuts?

Hi Joe. Did you buy another blower. You said it was a 48 in. Try to post a pic of what you are working on. I am a big fan of blunt force trauma , as in a bigger hammer. But untill I see what you are working on I don't want to tell you the specific methods of such violence. In some situations...

    B7200 dash panel removal

Hi Gary. Are you talking about the two bolts under the dash right under the steering wheel. dusty

    B7200 dash panel removal

Hi Gary, there are I think 4 more bolts. One on each side facing up and 2 at the front facing in. I am not sure about the two facing in. They are easy to spot anyway. Disconnect the wiring and remove the tach cable ,it just unscrews. then lift the dash panel over the steering column. This is a...

B series Three Point Hitch compatibility

Hey dookanooka, You can try the pry bars but I think I would spray some penetrating oil in if you can get the top to lift at all. Then let it sit for an hour. And try it again. Lots of aluminum on these tractors and its not very forgiving when it comes to hard knocks. Good luck and maybe...

    Rebuiding Cab

Thanks guys. I forgot all about the rear view mirror. Joe had a good idea with the truck mirror. So that is what I am using. And yes I am going to do the teeth and eyes thing when I get time. We had snow last night so I had better get the blower inside and get it ready. I am going to widen it...

    Front end loader snow blade

Hi Afoster. I agree with eserve some guys can bend a crowbar in a sand box and I have and I have seen and had repair the results. As long as you don't get rammy you will be fine. The only other thing I can tell you is that horst makes a good product. A friend of mine has two 14 footers on TV140...

B series Three Point Hitch compatibility

Hey dookanooka. I believe the rock shaft is the top shaft with the splines. Everything you have discovered at the back of the tractor seems to indicate that the hydraulics have not been used for a long time. I imagine the tph lever was cut off so that it didn't get used and make that awfull...

    Rock Bucket

Hi chief, do you want to use this for taking rocks out of a field that you want to plant or is this more for landscaping your yard. A simple landscape rake will work for smaller surface rocks . You can angle it like a rear blade and windrow the rocks. Or there are rock pickers that tow behind...

B6000 break the tractor for clutch repair?

Hey Chief , I tried and tried on my B7200 but I could not get that stupid cotter pin out. It ended up that it didn't matter anyway because I had to split the tractor. But it sure looked like you could remove it without splitting the tractor. How much different the B6000 is I have no clue. Good...

    engine heater

Hi Bob, welcome to the forum. I had a block heater in my B7200 and it sure makes a difference. Even at -25 -30 the old girl would fire up no problem. You still had to use the glow plugs , but only for about 10 to 15 seconds. It just seems to be a lot easier on the engine . :D Dusty
