    All good points Skeets I have worked in confined spaces for years with the power company if Im not climbing poles we are working in underground vaults. I will be useing a fresh air bolwer, I dont think Ill check with the local yolkeles what they dont know wont hurt them , seams like the county...

    Thank you Ill be using shoring consisting of 4x4s and 2x12s then after 8' or so Ill be wearing a safety harness atached to a rope at all times

    Just my opinion but it sounds like your local Kubota dealer isnt being much help. I would think they could pull up the parts #s for both front ends and see if they match if so bingo your good to go .     I have a L3830 also sometimes to make it go into 4WD easy I throttle down make sure tractor is on flat ground take your foot off the brake let the tractor relax and it should slip right in . I do the same thing with my 53 Willys CJ3B. Hope this helps.....Dan

    The fire marshall came by and asked us to clean the dry weeds aways form one of the barns. I drug all this equipment out of the way with my L3830 . Then mowed and back drug the area with my FEL , moved the equipment back and the Fire Marshall is a happy now.we will use the weed whip for the rest...
