    RC 48 deck belt

should be a number somewhere on the old belt, Most times one of the numbers is the length, If not then you can measure the old belt if it is not too far gone, If that is the case then take a piece of 3/8" rope and wind it around the pulleys according to the belt diagram and mark where they...

    Kubota in a boat?

Small diesels are used for power generation and water/fluid pumps in many marine applications, Their fuel effeciency is much better than that of a comparable size/horsepower gasoline engine. While adapting one to an I/O outdrive would not be impossible and the reverse rotation could be overcome...

    OPC~Seat Switch

Makes one wonder whay these switches are used, When you take into consideration that automobiles do not have any type of switch that shuts down the engine when there is no operator prescence and then look at the ratio of automobiles(includes cars, trucks, suvs, motorcycles, etc) versus the...

Clutch Rusting to Flywheel - prevention?

Personally I do not ascribe to the blocking the clutch pdeal, This compresses the springs in a spring type pressure plate and puts the spring steel arms in a diaphragm type pressure plate in a constant flexed/tensed position, I personally believe that this can result in premature pressure plate...

    B6000 pricing?

I think prices are very subjective and vary widely from different locations of the country/world, You do not indicate if your B6000 is 2wd or 4wd which is an important factor to many potential purchasers, Just as an example I purchased a late 70's B5100E a few months ago, The tractor runs great...

The years really start to fly bye as we get older, I remember when I was a kid a day especially the long days in June seemed to last forever, Now they fly by before you even realize they are gone. paint colour - gray versus blue?

My B5100E is blue and my B7500 HSD is Grey, I think Kubota changed colors over the years, The orange on my two machines are actually different shades also and it is not just a difference from fading from sunlight exposure as you can see a difference even on areas like under the hood etc.

    TG-48-XB greasing

I understand what you are describing and to me it looks like a lug that would serve to keep a hose clamp positioned on the yellow plastic cover where it slides over the black plastic sleeve, What is inside the yellows bellows besides a universal joint on the shaft, The U joint has its own grease...
