Any way to go to the new message in a thread

Is there any way to be able to click on a thread subject and automatically go to the newest post in that thread? I thought of Linear newest, but then you have to scroll down trying to find the last message you read. Linear oldest, makes me go to the last page, then click the pages backwards...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I started clearing the back corner of my property. Is quite a mess back there with decades of dumping of lawn debris and downed limbs and anything else that needed to be disposed of. Finally broke through the frozen few inches and dug a hole 3 feet deep to do the burning. 6 hrs. of burning...

What to use for rust prevention

Wow!! Thank you everyone for all of the information. I am going to look into a couple of those products today and see what I can get my hands on. I figure if I try to protect the surfaces a bit now, it will pay off in the long run. This ain't no little investment we have in these machines...

What to use for rust prevention

Hello All. On my BX's front snow-blower, would you all recommend for treating the surfaces post-winter? I am trying to treat the existing rust, and prevent further breakdown. And, if I was to paint the surfaces, what do you recommend using before hand? The blower is not something that I...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

That was actually made on my little BX2200 with the 50" blower. Nice clean edges. This tractor amazes me all the time for what it can do at its not overly big size.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I made a 6 foot wide by 4 foot high path for the mailman at my parent's house to the neighbors'.

BX2200 3 Point Hitch Lift Cylinder

Okay, just a bump to see if I could get any advice from someone who has taken one of these BX22 3pth lift mechanisms apart before. With all of this snow, I am sure that this would be wrong time to try and tackle a repair anyways, but unless I know ahead of time how difficult this is going to...

    Let it snow!

You guys are 100% right. Emissions are good for gardens and the earth. Smoke stacks spewing billions of tons of shyte into the air are like antibiotics and we should inhale as much as possible. The ice caps are normally melting in the routine changes in the earth over time, because that is...

    Let it snow!

Global Warming actually leads to colder winters and a general change (for the worse) in our weather overall. I am not political, and I'm not a fan of the Global Warming name, but the shyte going on right now is certainly from man-made consequences, and there is so much science backing it up...

    winch on front of B2630

Unless you've done an alternator upgrade, you should only have 14.5 amps of dynamo power in the B2630. You will run the risk of killing that battery pretty quick running winches big enough to be effective. That is why the pto is used on real log winches off the back. I would do an upgrade...

BX2200 3 Point Hitch Lift Cylinder

Hello all! I've commented on several posts, but never introduced myself. My name is Gary, and I am from a nice rural town in Holden, MA. i bought a 2003 BX22 with 525hrs., MM and Power Bagger, FEL, and Snow Blower as a package recently. I take care of my small property, my older neighbor's...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Re: B2400 Hazard Unit replaced with automotive flasher??? I thought Kubota used the same system on most of their tractors, but apparently not. I have a hazard switch which blinks the hazards. I have a turn signal switch which turns left or right blinkers. When hazards are on, the circuit...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Re: B2400 Hazard Unit replaced with automotive flasher??? I would imagine that the circuit board is just a controller for the blinker override system on the hazards. I couldn't see why it would damage anything. 12v is 12v. Add turn signal 12v to the existing hazard 12v will still be the...

    bx2200 with la211 FEL

    bx2200 with la211 FEL

From what I have read on the subject, no one makes a 'kit' to do this. It is just about making your own bracket and moving the control valve. I am going to probably tackle this sometime this winter. There are threads mentioning this. I will see if I can find them.

    Fast Slow Knob locked

My speed knob was also locked up. I did spray some penetrating oil in the valve area, but the only thing that worked was to get a pair of vice grips on the shaft and rock it back and forth. Do not torque on the plastic knob. It will just strip out and crack.

    MMM for BX2200

I'll keep what I have only because I finally have the power bagger chute assembly fixed on there so it doesn't keep falling off. Why do you want a 48"?

    MMM for BX2200

Well, strangely enough, I have a BX2200, and it came with a 48" MMM used. i thought they were only supposed to have 54" & 60" from the factory, so someone probably just bought one online somewhere and it works fine on the 2200.

    Drooping 3PL on BX1860

My BX2200 has the same problem, but the valve closing makes no difference, so I know it must be the piston / rings leaking. Engine on or off, valve open or closed, it drops the 3pth and mower deck at the same speed. Have to get a cost from the dealer, and I will post here when I do.
