GCK60-26BX Grass Catcher Bagger Feedback and Info Needed

Would you be able to send a picture of the upper brackets that the adjustable arms connect to. I'd imagine they mount to the rear of the tractor? My neighbour just picked one up and I think we're missing these.

    B2601 - Mowing & Weight

@MDG1982 Messicks did a wicked video about how much weight a FEL actually applies to the front tires on a BX (take it as a comparable regardless) and that provided you don't have a sandy subgrade or loam, your B series would be fine mowing provided you remove the FEL. A lot of people do it plus...

Selecting a box blade for a subcompact

@ejb11235 I'm not saying this is right for everyone but hell for $500 how could one go wrong.. even if I had to buy two of them over the course of the tractors lifetime. I'd love a "quality" product but what is good quality anymore..

Selecting a box blade for a subcompact

@ejb11235 I too was in the same boat as you, flipping across all the different brands and wondering what I needed (staying up all night and researching during the day at work). Then Princess Auto (Like a Harbour Freight in the States) had a 60" Box Blade, last one left and I snagged it for...

    BX with a Bagger Issues

Hey Gentlemen (Tinkerwitheverything & shelkol) that's exactly what we're thinking. Once we get the PTO Casing replaced as it cracked and is gushing fluid everywhere we'll set it up that way. Thanks for your feedback!

    BX with a Bagger Issues

Does anyone have a BX model with the 3PH bagger assembly that has the PTO driven turbine? If so, have you been able to adjust the lifting rate of the 3PH to mimic the lift rate of the MMM? My neighbour is having issues where the 3PH lifts to the sky well before the lifting of the MMM begins...

Towing B2601 with 14 ft trailer - SA or TA

I’ll take a picture this weekend with my BX loaded on my 14’ PJ TA with my BB attached OrangeKrush. Measuring the unit in the garage and it’ll be tight but should work for length inside of the rear ramp, it’ll be more so how to position for weight balance to tow it best!

Picture of your tractor on your trailer

One day I see myself getting an L4060... but I'd have to get a bigger property to warrant that size of unit! Great looking unit!

    Leaves - what to use

I thought my leaf situation was bad... you have me beat tenfold to the extent you customized your grapple to keep the leaves in. Great work!

Purchasing Implements w/ Tractor.. biggest regret

Just purchased a new BX and I got the FEL and MMM. Unfortunately this is probably the only time that a sales man should’ve pushed me more and got me to throw in a couple attachments in the mix (ie. box blade, rear blade, hell even a snowblower). I thought I could just snag a few off of Kijiji...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I think it’s time for pallet forks…. Oh well!

    Who has R14 tires?

I’ve had my R14’s on my BX for a month. Granted I’ve only used the tractor so far for snow removal I’ve had no complaints. My neighbour bought an 1880 w/ Turfs and I’m looking forward to see the comparison.

    Rear Tire Liquid Ballast

Great stuff - Thanks everyone with the responses.

    Rear Tire Liquid Ballast

When the rear tires are filled with liquid ballast (ie. beat juice, washer fluid, etc.), do you hear it sloshing around when the tractor is moving or is it pretty stable?

    New MMM for BX2680 Question

Hey, so all of 20-30 minutes and a few beer got it in. Probably could’ve been done in 10 or so.

    New MMM for BX2680 Question

My MMM just showed up from Toronto, I opted in mounting the mower myself rather then hauling the tractor to the dealership. I'll let you know how it goes.
