That must be the case. Mine now has magnets on both filters. The shop manager at my dealership said he did not think the filter would seat with 2 magnets and as long as it was not leaking it would be ok.

My manual says replace the filters after 50 house but not the oil. I ended up having to add 5 gallons of oil. There were some very fine metal particles on the magnet but nothing more than expected. I don't have oil from the initial change evaluated because you always have some metal from break in.

I performed my 50 hour service today and when I was looking at the hydraulic filters that came off of the machine one was missing the magnet. Is there any way a new filter with the magnet would seat and not leak if the magnet from the original filter stayed on the filter threads? I am 100 %...

Damage to the hood and headlights could be covered under certain circumstances but I would not think a carrier would pay the op’s claim given the facts as I know them. Be careful how you treat your insurance carrier. You might really need them one day for something big.

I think you are going to run into problems. Typically you will have a “per occurrence” deductible. If you break something in the morning and then break something in the afternoon it would more than likely be 2 occurrences which is subject to 2 deductibles. I would get in touch with the carrier...

SOLD I have 4 brand new Kubota hydraulic filters. Part # is HH330-82630. 3 of the filters have the plastic over the opening. 1 filter is missing the plastic but is in perfect shape. They have be stored in my house for the past 2 years. I got a new machine and these filters won't work.

Your dealer will have the plug for the outlet you speak of. I got one when I got my tractor last week. I am going to use it to run an electric valve for my sprayer. One wire is neutral, on wire is hot with key off, and one wire is hot with key on if I remember correctly.

If you buy it from bush hog it comes as a complete assembly. There are 2 side pieces and 1 back piece. I guess I could buy the bar and add the chain myself.

I got a new 7060 last Friday and the toolbox that came on the tractor is plastic. Does anybody know where I can find a kubota orange metal toolbox for my machine? The plastic one will not cut it.

Is there a source for aftermarket parts for bushhog brand cutters? I have a 3008 that needs a set of chains for the back of the cutter. Bush Hog is very proud of theirs. Thanks
