Crusher run thickness under concrete slab

I’ll rent a compactor for sure. Probably not going to add concrete right away either so time will be on my side.

Crusher run thickness under concrete slab

Good day everyone. I have a lean-to shed that I will be putting some crusher run into in order to make a better surface for the tractor and implements. Eventually I may want to poor concrete in there. So I think that normally around 4" of crusher run is typical beneath a floating slab like this...

    Dash Cams

I actually went on Amazon and relied on reviews for the type of camera I wanted. It worked for me, the cam I bought works well, that was about 2 years ago.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I don’t have that many trees for sure. Still quite a few. Same reason I bought my LX.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Mill? I do. Some red oak. Have a few folks responding to my marketplace ad for just that reason.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Spent an few hours bucking and stacking logs. I’m finally able to cleanup tornado damage now that I have the loader and grapple. FYI…Going to be giving away lots of good hard woods if anyone lives near Newnan GA.

    Bio Diesel fuel maintenance factors

Thanks, that's a helpful article from Kubota. They don't list the LX model, but the document might be a few years old since the LX manual does talk about it as acceptable. This and the discussion helps me understand the possible impacts of biodiesel, thank you again.

    Bio Diesel fuel maintenance factors

Tried a search already, hope I didn't miss anything yet so here goes... U.S. based....was at the pump the other day and saw a decal on the diesel pump that said "may contain up to 5% bio". After going through my manual for the LX2610 it appears that using bio is okay with certain conditions...

using 50 hour udt for chainsaw bar oil?

Likely too thin. Of course it will work for a while, but bar and chain oil is very tacky for a reason.

How to avoid overfilling the tank with diesel - Suggestions needed

    Third function button function swap

So to be clear. The couplers are NOT interchangeable, but the wire plugs at the solenoid valves were. Easy swap and it’s done. Works great. Honestly it was as easy as swapping couplers if they were compatible. FWIW, I have plenty of 12v wiring experience so had no fear of that if it did get...

    Missing bolt?

Very helpful info, thank you. I’ll have to learn how to search parts now, looks to be very handy. I’m used to that for my vehicles, but still relatively new to tractors.

    Missing bolt?

Testing out the new 535 loader in the woods and the bucket level indicator fell off. I assume a bolt is supposed to keep it connected? See in the pic the part I am referring to.

    Third function button function swap

So to wrap up. I switched the electric plugs at the solenoid. The hydraulic fitting were M/F so not direct line swappable. Easy fix and now the buttons match my brain.

    Third function button function swap

Ah...easy enough fix thanks. I do believe they are both flat faced as the pics above. On my other question...is there a standard button function? Top=close; bottom=open? Or just based on whoever installed it?

    Third function button function swap

Good day everyone. I finally got the loader and third function for the LX2610, about three months after I got the tractor. The dealer installed the Landpride third function and the bottom button closes the lid of the grapple while the top button opens it. Just wondering if there is a "standard"...

    Ballast box

I also have a LX2610. I bought a box off Amazon (Yintatech) that I filled with 6 80lb bags of mixed concrete which is plenty heavy but also left about 4-6 of space at the top so I can put something in it like gas cans or small tools, chains, etc. The box construction was just fine for me, no...

    New to Tractor Operating

FWIW, I bought this for my LX2610 draw bar (link below). It works fine for my 5/16" chain. The fit is a bit tight so you might have to tap it in place, but I think that's mostly paint/powder coat thickness getting in way of the clevis opening. I also went with something similar to nbryan...
