    Kubota Financing is insane

Id view an asset as anything that makes me money. My home does not make me money in my normal lifestyle, it costs me money daily. How is that an asset? And yes, my homes value is far greater than what I owe on it, but I still don’t view it as an asset. It’s a building that takes money from me

    Kubota Financing is insane

Personal home will cost you money everyday, think it’s as simple as that from a liability standpoint. Perhaps the day you turn around and sell it, then it becomes the asset

    Big Tex trailer

And that’s what I appear to be dealing with here. I’ve got some short term dire needs for it, so depending on timing, I’ll probably off load it before or after that time frame and move on. Definitely disappointing seeing how flimsy this thing is, although it’s basically brand new. Shouldn’t...

But I would need the truck to have a sleeper! Otherwise, I’m going the dump truck route.

    Big Tex trailer

Why would I buy something unnecessarily big? Tractor with backhoe will come in around 3200lbs. Still having 1800ish to spare, for a 7k trailer. So I’m going to buy a trailer that has 7500lbs of carrying capacity? Great, so I could haul 2 tractors! This trailer weighs 2000lbs. A 10k of...

    Big Tex trailer

Well, I was excited to have scored this Big Tex car hauler last week to haul my upcoming LX2610. It’s a 7k, 20’ w/ the dovetail. Upon further inspection, I’m not so sure about it. Very flexy/flimsy, to the point I’m questioning how it will handle a tractor going on and off and transporting...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Thanks! There's a certain someone on here who strongly advised I upgrade to a rake with gauge wheels. Sure am glad I heeded to his advice!

    L2501 back hoe

Your buying a tractor with the presumption you will have it for a long time to come. It would be a major inconvenience to have to rent something every time you needed to dig during that same, significant time span. I can’t see buying a tractor and not getting a BH.

Picture of your tractor on your trailer

I would make plenty of money off of it. Flipping trailers is the side hustle to my side business. But I don’t see the absolute need. DOT gives you 3’, and the tractor and brush hog is the absolute longest I’ll be. It’s 1.5-2’ off the back. Currently, I will haul nothing else on the trailer...

Picked up this 16’ flatbed a week ago. Spent the week tearing it down and building it back up. Finished it over the weekend. All new wiring and lights, had to wire the brakes which are good, and re-decked and painted. For the price I got it for and money spent on it, I can comfortably deal...
