    I've turned orange

I acquired a roller made out of a 500 gal propane tank. I can pull that thing around with it full of water (roughly 5000lbs). I have to be careful going around corners since it really wants to stay in a straight line, but it'll do it. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

    I've turned orange

Holy crap, that's one huge brush guard! I sure like my 7100. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

air filter light on after new filters

My dad *just* had a similar problem on his. If I understood correctly, he got the light, washed the filter and it didn't turn the light off. He bought a new sensor and I haven't heard anything else, so I assume that did the trick. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

    Making wood pellets

Have you been to the forums at Hearth.com? Anything you could want to know about burning wood or pellets is on there. Of course, there are some who overdo everything and you can take everybody's advice with a grain of salt, but that's the place to be for wood burning appliances.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

There must be a reason it's way back in the trees concealed by brush... :-) Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

    Kubota B6200 wheel position

I have a question along the same lines. I know the older 7100 (and I assume all 6000 and 7000 series tractors) have a 4 bolt pattern on the wheels and the newer 7100 has a 6 bolt pattern. Can the hubs be swapped between the old version and new version?

New GL w/cab Now new seat

You're lucky, my 7100 starts out at the bottom. I'm not a big guy but it's a rough ride. Maybe in a few years I'll decide I've had enough and get a nice seat. But for now... Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Wanted: B7100 tire swap (have ag, looking for turf)

Hey Jim. The bolt pattern doesn't scare me away at all, but I think the distance is a little too far for for me right now, if you're in Cleveland, GA. I definitely appreciate it though. I'll keep you in mind if anything changes though. Thanks ben

    Puye geeks

I've found the opposite. The Mac was practically unusable. My brain just doesn't work the way they thought it should. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

    Puye geeks

Thanks HickoryNut, that's been bothering me. I haven't actually taken the time to look it up until now, but for everybody's information, I found this website which spells it out; http://winsupersite.com/windows-10/how-stop-windows-10-upgrade-downloading-your-system I'm not saying w10 is all...

Will a b6200 fit the bill?

1100 hrs is nothing in tractor world. Those older tractors are built like brick shithouses. I think a 5ft brush hog might be a little bit much, but you could probably get by with it as long as you go slow. I think the real problem with a 5ft hog would be lifting it. That would be the...

    Puye geeks

I will say that 7 is better than xp. XP was pretty solid. Windows is just trying to force people into the a system that is a more controlled environment. It used to be normal to change some of the things that go on in the background. Changing network settings for example. Now if you want to...

Wanted: B7100 tire swap (have ag, looking for turf)

Afternoon all, I'm looking for somebody in the northern michigan area with a later model B7100 4wd, or similar tractor, that has turf tires that wants some ag tires. I have rear 8.3-16 ag tires (very aggressive tread) and (6 hole) rims and front 6-12 ag tires and rims. I'm looking for a turf...

    Nice little mill...

Duramax, Powerstroke and Cummins diesel all have very distinctive sounds. I could name a truck starting from across the parking lot, no problem.

    Gravel Driveway Maintenance

I'd say don't confuse engineers with "engineers"... And most of engineering is educated guess work, followed up with the math to back it up. Difference between a good engineer and a bad one is the ability to guess correctly. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

    B7100 Hour Meter Troubleshoot

It shouldn't surprise me, as many times as I've heard of something like that, but it's hard to imagine plugging a battery in backwards. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

    B7100 Hour Meter Troubleshoot

Actually, now that I think of it, I also had some meter reading problems in the same area. I traced it back to a light bulb. I disagree with ispecht. If the hour meter is plugged in you'll get all sorts of strange readings, because now you're multimeter is in parallel with the hour meter. Same...

    B7100 Hour Meter Troubleshoot

If the starter were hooked up backwards i'd expect it to spin backwards. It's possible to run the engine backwards, but I'd think you'd notice that. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Who do you let drive your tractor (unsupervised)?

I agree. I'm more careful with borrowed or rented tools (or other stuff) than I am my own. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
