If I had a billion dollars, I would set up a huge adult playground with all sorts of tractors and equipment and just have fun...you're all invited.
Come on, wouldn't it be fun? Just think of all of the Kubotas.
Browsing this thread, I was surprised to see there are some fellow photographers on here. I was into photography for a long time, still am just not as much but been trying to get back into it. I mainly photographed all cars and such using film.
I'll share some here.
AND of course...
I once had a dream that I'd have an orange tractor in my garage then when I woke up, I checked the garage and sure enough there was an orange tractor in there. Sometimes dreams do come true!
It's been in the 40s here, yesterday was almost 50f and heavy rain. Pretty much all the snow melted so I can see what damage I did with the tractor. Just took off the high spots 😉
But....it's now snowing again. Don't think it will accumulate much. I don't mind it snowing because tractor time is...
I love watching Biffs Equipment on YouTube and his BX. I'm amazed the amount of work he does and the stumps he manages to dig up with that little tractor. All the thing he does with that BX I probably can't with my L2501 🤣
They have their place for sure, great little tractor that can do big...
I don't feel there is anything wrong with adding a warning light. I added one to the muscle car for the parking brake. It's easy to forget it's on sometimes. The red light on the dash is a simple indicator to remind me to make sure it's not enabled. That's all.
What's wrong with that? Geez...
I get this. But don't have too much mice around here and the tractor lives in a climate controlled garage. I'm not worried about that too much, I've wired a lot of things in "toys" I had over the years...when I did all the wiring in my Polaris ranger...I got praised by Polaris HQ 😂
I got asked...
Yeah mine has R4. I'd think the R14 would cause more turf damage esp when turning sharply but these R4 hasn't caused any damage surprisingly but they are a tough tire too...6ply I think? Hasent been an issue for me anyways. My side by side tore up the grass all the time no matter what, even when...
I miss my Honda quad. It was fun to drive around the property quickly, I even made trails with what little wooded area I have, I still maintain the trails for walking.
The reasons why I wanted the LX tractor was the weight. Still had enough power to pick up logs and heavy stuff I want but...
I really wanted the LX2620. But I guess the L2501 will suffice for now. It's still a good tractor at least so far it has been. I love how simple it is. I find it easier to clean than my side by side!
All I know is that I got quoted close to $40k for a new L2502 with all the same attachments. But I live in Vermont where everything is more expensive haha.
The prices that people get in this forum for a new machine is crazy, so locations do matter. My uncle paid $50k for a B2601 with a backhoe...
Well my wheels are also filled with beet juice, rimguard whatever you wanna call it. Which isn't cheap either. I wanted a new one but $19,750 paid in cash with everything I got in a lightly used tractor. I can deal with the brakes being on the right side. I mean they would be practical on the...
I don't like where they are on my L2501 but I haven't even needed to touch the brakes really. I wanted the L2502 but was it worth the extra $15k.... probably not since I got mine used.
I seen this complaint on youtube before haha. Complained that the operator station is too small on the BX tractors but they failed to mention they are almost 7ft tall! 🤣
Yet Shaquille O'Neal drives a Smart Car 🤔
Imagine Shaquille O'Neal on a Kubota BX....I want to see that. He would make them...
After using the tractor for several hours now, I don't understand why Kubota gets hate for their pedal design. I know the green folks love to rag on about Kubotas and their pedal system but I encountered something interesting.
It's simple. Its safety.
Having the forward and reverse separated...
