If you want something that is incredibly slow, 72 horsepower is painful.

    Diesel type fuel

Heating oil tanks have a hole in the very bottom and you would think that it would plug up with just a small amount of sludge. If you would have seen the mess in my tank you wouldn't have believed that oil passed thru, but it did make a channel to the exit, sort of like a small stream thru a...

    Diesel type fuel

Yes, it was well over 20 years old and it was in a dry basement with moderate temperatures. Do people pull their diesel fuel tanks on their trucks, tractors and cars every 20 years?

    Diesel type fuel

My fuel oil supplier sells both off-road diesel and heating oil, he does not recommend that heating oil be used in a diesel saying they are not the same. A couple of months ago a heating oil tank sprang a leak and I had to pump it out and remove it from the basement. The scrap yard would not...

Kubota Says No Wheel Ballast With a Backhoe.

Weight added to the wheels and tires is not carried by the bearings, it is directly applied to the ground. Seals do not carry weight. My guess is that Kubota is aware that considerable force is applied to the tires when the backhoe is extended and lifting a load and it may be more than the...

That is why I wrote it as a question, for me it was easy and there is a slight chance that it might be a simple job.

    ROPS adjustment

What would it take to raise the garage door? When I got my Super Duty, it was a press fit on both sides and the top, so I was able to remove framework and replace the door panels. Many doors are not hung properly and hang down, so check that.

Trailering my L3560 LE 800 miles…my set up. ** New photos**

On the tractor front you have the straps at a good angle to help prevent side to side movement. If you could cross the straps on the tractor rear, or add additional straps that are crossed, that would help prevent the movement. A metal deck doesn't get a real good grip on the tires.

Trailering my L3560 LE 800 miles…my set up. ** New photos**

I use the Sherline scales, one I paid the going price, the other I bought at a yard sale for a few bucks. Now I can cover the weight of anything that I might tow. I must say that the eTrailer type would be a bit easier to use since no blocks are needed.

Trailering my L3560 LE 800 miles…my set up. ** New photos**

You should measure the tongue weight and place the load so that there is a minimum of 10% on the hitch and 15% would be better. There are YouTube videos to show you how that is done using a common bathroom scale. Just looking at the setup isn't enough, you will find that moving the tractor a...

    Drilling a LA525 loader frame

I would use the magnet method plus add a tether to the cane in case of a magnet failure or other reason the cane might be knocked off. He made it clear that the cane is all important to him so added security is a good thing.

That is a real issue in my area, land that was used for grazing was “protected” after some trees grew.

    Off Road Diesel?

It is constantly said that the red dyed fuel is exactly the same as the taxed version. When the red dye nonsense started my heating fuel supplier pumped red fuel into my heating oil tanks. One was supplying my house and the other my shop. The shop had a new furnace with this being the second...

    50 Hour service

Check the manual again, usually only the filter is changed and the oil is left in at 50 hours. Some do a real quick filter swap with some mess and others apply a vacuum to the fill hole which makes almost no mess. I would sugget you watch some Youtube videos.
