    Utv, Kei Truck or Other

Ive been casually looking at a utv for chores around our place. Im not looking for a sporty SxS, I want something to earn its keep by saving my back and legs. Primarily it will be used on our hilly property for running trash down to the road, carrying brush to burn piles, hauling firewood(from...

I might totally steal those levers for your rear remotes!

Show off your homemade grill guards

Does your metal supplier stock that material(what's it called)? Did you bend it by hand or with a brake? Looks great, that compound bend looks get.

    Water Separator Wrench

Yep Im the original owner and the one guilty for trying a love tap with a flat bladed chisel when the tractor stopped running on one of those -10f days. Frustrated at that moment., but now Im glad I had the patience and clarity to only try it once!

    Water Separator Wrench

Well alot of suggestions, some ok but most obviously were generalized from other equipment/scenarios(keep shouting wrong answers till they are right!!). No heat was involved, although it was probably 45 here today. I tried 'adjustable type filter pliers', not enough clear real estate to grab...

    Water Separator Wrench

Im sure your right, I like to fondle tools before I buy them... So I'll drive to probably 4-6 different stores looking for what I want.

    Water Separator Wrench

Well to ease all of your suspense. The outside temperatrure warmed up enough that the slushy dissolved itself and the tractor is running smooth again, but the dealer was here today dropping off something else and I had the service guy look at it. He recommended one of those adjustable filter...

    Water Separator Wrench

I dont have a true strap wrench. The oil filter wrench doesnt quite fit. Im going to try the suggestion of a piece of belt in the morning and see how it goes. If that doesnt work, I’ll consider warming it up.

    Water Separator Wrench

There's abit too much stuff going on around the area to fit that type on. I have another style where I can disengage the 'strap' and even that doesn't quite work. I didn't measure mine, but they gotta be close to 4" and can't get a good purchase. I like this, I think I do, I'll give that a try...

    Water Separator Wrench

The great freeze was beyond the gel point of my diesel(apparently). Tractor(L3902) has been a bit grumpy. Ive got a dose of antigel in the tank and pulled the fuel filter. The water separator looks like a cottage cheese slushy, Id like to pull and clean it. None of my oil filter strap wrenches...

10% off all Everything Attachments branded attachments November 7 and 8th 2023 only

Revisiting this box blade, Im back in the position to purchase a box blade and Im looking at the Everything Attachments again. Anyone have one they use? Looks like the shanks are held in place by some wedges or clips behind vs the more common through pin. Ive used the lighter land pride with...

    Box Blade For Lx2610.

Thread kinda hijack. Whats the overall opinion on the units available down at tractor supply? Significantly cheaper than the(not lightweight version) land pride.

    Third Function

I don't want to totally hijack your thread BUT I've been looking to add rear remotes to my 3902. I already have the third function front and plan on using the rear remotes for top and tilt on a box blade. Summit sells two, three and four spool kits. I can only see needing two, what am I not...

L series plug and play aux lighting

Well I ended up going a slightly different route. I decided it was probably 'better' to have my aux lights on their own switch. Last week I went down to Harbor Freight and picked up two of their 3" led flood lights(I think $16.99 each), also picked up their wiring harness&switch kit they...

    Camper Garage

I hear ya there. Im doing a 25’ span build. No way to get a crane to jobsite and a telehander would be a challenge. I actually just reached out to the lumber yard to check price for doing a monoslope with I joists.
