    Flat face coupler won't connect.

Where did your original hose blow at? Pictures in your other post show the crimped fitting on the hose appears to be hitting the cab much like the issue you are having now. It also looked like the hose was possibly rubbing the top link pivot or the top link was pulling on it when raised (looked...

Cold morning diesel gelling up I guess...

Not trying not to be a smart a$$ here. DEF is not added to the fuel in modern engines, it is injected into the exhaust system through its own injector. DEF is disastrous as is gasoline in any amount in a modern common rail engine. High pressure pumps in these engines that can produce 30,000 psi...

    Battery Problems on my B7001

If you are handy with a multimeter you can also check your cables for a voltage drop. Would be my next step if the ground connection is good.

    Battery Problems on my B7001

Check your battery cable connections, especially where the ground cable attaches to the frame. Pull it off and clean the cable and frame.

Torque value for banjo bolts on pump

No problem but take it for what it is though! Like wolfman says it doesn’t take much, but too much can make it a bigger problem;)

Torque value for banjo bolts on pump

I will offer my 2 cents and take it for what it’s worth. Disclaimer is I’m not a tractor tech but did a quick search through a few known banjo bolts with copper washers on a 6.0 Ford. Banjo bolts into aluminum housing was 28 ft pounds and into cast iron was 32 ft pounds. Just throwing that out...

    Vehicle Tradein $$

One of the perks of my job is that I don’t have to deal with that ;). Last dealer I work at would sell me used vehicles at whatever they had in it. I bought my f250 within minutes of it being traded in. I even had to go pick up the camper for the guy that traded it because the fifth wheel for...

    Utility trailer rental: advice needed

This would be the 6 pin. They use the round terminals and the 7 pin uses the flat terminals. 6 pins are pretty rare,I usually see them on big utility trucks. And yes the middle pin makes it 7. Pretty much the standard for all pick ups along with the 4 pin. Edit: sorry I was typing while you...

    Wiring, a treat to rodents

Sounds like you hate your truck too! Cutting a hole in your hvac case is not a very good idea. Being that the mice got in on that side of the heater core to blow out the vents then you might also want to figure out where they are getting inside the truck at.

    Wiring, a treat to rodents

Well in this particular case it’s an older lady’s car, brought in because check engine light is on and runs bad at times. But there are numerous vehicles that come in for things that owners could take care of by themselves, but I don’t get paid when people fix things at home;) I think guys...

    1st tractor purchase

If it’s always wet and muddy a tractor is not going to be your friend, especially in that size. Sounds like you may need something with tracks. Pics of the property would probably get better answers:D

    Slug Guys

Sorry but the 37 is my late father in laws, it was handed down to my wife, technically her gun but I’m the one that uses it lol. I’m sure I would be staring down that barrel from the wrong end if I told her we were selling it!

Do I have a hog problem?

I am a little Leary on the t posts staying in the ground as well especially as wet as it is here. This was a cheap first attempt to catch them as I had the supplies here already.

    Slug Guys

Thanks skeets! The 37 is in great shape and I have shot a lot of trap with it. The 22 is in pretty decent shape for its age, my grandpa left it in his farm truck, but still shoots good. And the the side by side it is definately a wall hanger. I do have the powder horn with it along with some...

Do I have a hog problem?

I was poking fun with rcw. I wouldn’t charge anybody to come hunt but it’s not going to happen. I am in the process of getting my trap built to catch my hogs. At this time I can’t night hunt them until deer season closes at the end of the month. I need them gone before them because of the...

    Slug Guys

Not trying to take away from skeets but he brought up something I’ve been thinking about. I’ve inherited an Ithaca model 37 20 gauge, from what I can find is a mossberg trapper special 22,unknown age,and this double barrel muzzleloader that is unknown. It was my great grandfathers. Anybody out...

    Slug Guys

Exactly lol. My shotgun loaded with slugs for that reason. I really don’t worry much about that since I moved to where we are. Now if I could just catch the hogs tearing up my yard they will meet the slugs!
