    4 in 1 bucket

If you have any timber, logs, or brush needing relocated the grapple is not an implement you will sell. You've at that point, paid for the 3rd function setup so selling is deletes to need of that setup. Just as well sell the grapple with the tractor, it a great selling point.

    Cattle lost in typhoon

John, thanks for posting that link. Very informative and revealing. The World Trade Origination has a lot of control in such things, and it points out how the receiver of the livestock can treat them much differently then the seller.

    Warranty Forgiveness

You guys are just being too hard on folks. Jim and Flip, there are a lot of folks who just don't know the things many take for granted that they learned just growing up around people and paying attention. As an example, I had a tenant who figured out how it impregnate a woman, and get enlisted...

    Why all the fires...

The spotted owl put a lot of loggers and saw mills out of business in Washington and Oregon. Insult to injury was the state of California insistence to introduce the barred owl who considered the spotted owl a tasty treat.

    Why all the fires...

This was posted on a friend's face book page. She & her husband are independent loggers and active in the industry's politics. Author of the article is Bill Imbergamo. As these fires burn in California and Oregon (and elsewhere, but boy, these two states are putting on a show right now), I...

    Flail for a B2601?

Sid, if you'd like a full review of various brands of flails and the various flails you can attach, I'd suggest a look at Tractor By Net's thread on flail mowers. It's several hundred pages, but you can read a few and get the answers you need. A flail does not extend out nearly as far as a...

    L3940 died and wont start...

Did it gradually loose power, or quit like you turned the key off? Gradually slowing down and dieing, would not indicate a safety switch, but a lack of something to keep the engine running, like not enough fuel or plugged air filter.

Ran tractor out of oil, need to pull the engine

Sumo, you can use a block of wood, like 1x2x4" long, or any size that fits snug. Use one one each side on the axle and up against the engine. Just needs to be in there so it doesn't fall out.

    A little moral dilemma

If they are not taught a work ethic before high school, it's too late to hope they will ever do physicdal work, much less want to do physical work!

    A little moral dilemma

Sell at the haying equipment, then you can ride around the neighborhood on the side-by-side harassing the neighbors. Start when you want, quit when you want and not be concerned about the weather.

    A little moral dilemma

No, it will more likely be lower prices to get the seniors out to purchase goods! The looting is being done by those with no money. The seniors are the ones with the funds! If Skeets checks with the dealer they may even make arrangements to pick him up to make the purchase. Kind of like voting.

    A little moral dilemma

The only reason you have what you have is because of discipline. Don't ask someone else if something you do is OK, do what you know is right for you. Your inner self knows the answer, not an internet jocky!

    Cattle lost in typhoon

43 sailors missing.... Pretty tough being on a ship in 130MPH winds! Hard to imagine 5800 head of cattle on a ship. New Zealand to Japan would take 30 days or so. That's a lot of hay and grain, and then all that processed to be removed...
