No problem! Don't worry about pics yet, but thanks for offering. I've read about a lot of 4740 owners having problems with corrosion in the FEL control valve...I'm hoping that's all it is, and that it's repairable. I hope to tear into it this weekend and I'll post an update once I open it up.

Thanks for the tip Ray! Unfortunately I had a load in the bucket so I opted to swap the lines. It was easy enough once I figured out which hose swapped to where :)

Is there a better (i.e. stronger) source for that bracket than Kubota? Also, I need to lift the bucket to move my tractor out of the elements, is it safe to switch hoses so I can use curl to raise it? (I assume I need to swap A to B and C to D).

Thanks Shadow...that was exactly the problem! I didn't notice before because I usually operate the rear hitch and bucket at higher RPM's, but when I lifted the box blade at a slow idle, I could hear the engine bog down when it hit the top limit.

I have an L4740HST w/ an LA854 loader and the loader recently started lifting very slowly, regardless of engine RPM. It feels like something's out of whack with the control arm, but I can't be sure. It makes the soft hissing sound that it normally does when you're barely moving the control...
