    I had a similar splitter to that about 30 years ago. It had a 5x5 1/2' lug pattern to bolt to a Ford, Jeep, Scout etc rear axle with the wheel off and jacked up in the air, Idling. They were referred to as "A Montana Barstool"

    well that all sounds thought out, and makes sense to me. I like the idea of working out in front with the forward mounted blower, but I don't like the extra expense. I still need to build a motorhome cover building when I get home, so I'm not sure if a forward blower is in the cards this year...
