Can You Mount BX Tires On A Regular Tire Machine?

I have used the cheap HF tire machine that I got for changing out quad tires, to replace front tires on my BX. I mounted mine to a heavy oak pallet. I’ve also used it to brake the bead on the rears, to replace valve stems, and refill the ballast. Just like anything from HF, keep your...

    Bx Tool Box

Made a tool box, work station so I can carry water line equipment, chainsaw and tools, fencing supplies etc. It’s on a quick hitch, so I can just flip 2 QD levers and take it off.

    Any Grappler Operating Tips

Get a set of old automobile tires. When you can pick them up and stack them, then pick up pairs and stack them, you have it figured out. Gentle on the crush controls until you need to gather and crush.

    Leaving Tractor at other property

For insurance fees, you can buy a good trailer, move your tractor at will, use the trailer for the rest of your days, and it fills a need for something you currently do not have, but apparently DO need. I’ll bet you can use that trailer around a demo/ build site as well. I bought my 16’...

Looking for info on these Antique Steel Wheels

They came out of Chewelah Wa, which is originally a mining operation, at the base of the Ski Resort. There is lots of farming in the surrounding areas though. I’ve pressure washed them a couple times now, blowing off lots of moss and grime. I can detect a little residual Red paint under...

Looking for info on these Antique Steel Wheels

As heavy duty as these are built, they must have carried some weight, or needed the strength for something. They look Almost like old JD wheels.

Looking for info on these Antique Steel Wheels

I picked these up for yard art, as they are very ornate. They look somewhat like JD B wheels from the 20’s-30’s but I have not found these on a tractor anywhere. Hope someone here can help me identify them. After pressure washing them, there was some red paint a few layers down. I would estimate...

    Grapple purchase - Install

I switch implements all the time, and seldom loose any fluid, other than a Couple drops each time. I guess if you add a new never filled implement, you may need to add a small amount of hydro fluid.

Backhoe Dolly Failure. Is your dolly wood or metal?

I picked up two $9.99 furniture dollys (4 wheels on a square) at HF, two pieces of 2x4, and screwed an old piece of used OSB, in the semi triangle shape of the back hoe. Works just fine for 8 years

    Big Tex trailer

Get a stabilizing hitch and bars for it. It will tow like a dream. Also get a large shank tow ball. I use 1” or 1 1/4” shank only. The ball is the weakest link. With heavy rated ball and stabilizer bars, you will tow your tractor easily down the road, a lot safer too.

BX2200 feels like it is going to tip over

If you don’t already have wheel spacers, adding a couple inches to the rear width makes a HUGE difference!

Lots of tool boxes for tractors out there. 3 point work station, tool box.

Notice the initials on that one! I had a set of 3, down to one, with my initials in large letters on the side. Yes, they tend to disappear on ya.

Lots of tool boxes for tractors out there. 3 point work station, tool box.

I was thinking about some stiff legs or wheels, but it’s pretty light, so I can just unlatch the QD levers pick it up and put it somewhere.

Lots of tool boxes for tractors out there. 3 point work station, tool box.

It’s scrap metal from my metal pile built, mounted on a ( harbor freight) quick hitch. I had 2 sets of pin extenders, so although new parts, they didn’t cost me anything. Top pin is a 6” bolt with a cut off piece of gas line steel pipe over it. I’ll get a pic of it off tomorrow. Some black...

Lots of tool boxes for tractors out there. 3 point work station, tool box.

Always a problem carrying tools, chainsaws, parts etc. Took apart a wooden crate, and ground the rust off an old piece of angle iron, a little cutting, welding and a few screws, now I can carry needed items with me. A solid lid to use as a work bench too. I’ll mount my chainsaw carrier to it as...
