Bluegill, is this the can your using?

Never spill a drop, your good, I use a newer metal safety can and no matter how hard I try I usually have some that will chug and spill on the hood. Guess I better look into one of those "no-spill" cans myself.

Well I did it yesterday, power washed and then waxed my L3800. I used the spray on wipe off wax and it worked like a charm. The only issue I had was grease from my FEL got splattered all over. I had to take a rag soaked in simple green and scrub it off. Is there such a thing as over greasing...

I'd fill the tires with water as the dealer mentioned. You may need some sort of adapter to get your hose on the valve stem. I believe you just put the tire valve stem at 12 o'clock and fill the tire until water comes out. You want to leave a cushion of air in the tire.
