Landlord here, small commercial building. I'm being "forced" into a complete renovation right now. Couldn't have picked a worse time to have to line up HVAC, electric, plumbing, GC....I'm gonna get raped.

    Rip Off!

🤣 I'm more impressed by the $30 "light bar brackets" that he's selling which are no more than a couple of dollars worth of hardware at the local store. Buyer beware. :geek: Seriously, I don't know about you, but I really could not sleep at night unless I made an honest living. I mean I get...

    Zero Turn Mowers

Toro Commercial Timecutter HD 48" with the MyRide Suspension system. Cost me ~$5000 about 4-5 years ago. No complaints, fast, heavy duty, runs great, runs like new. Glad I ditched the $1,000 throw away big box mowers and invested in one of these.

    What is up

It's been a cool late spring /early summer so far here in the Northeast. Ripe for flies I think. I've noticed them too, when usually the only time the flies come is late summer/fall/apple season

Any Kubota mowers with "suspension" for rider?

I've been running a Toro with the MyRide Suspension system for 3 years now. 3 adjustable shocks on the seat. I like it quite a bit. How effective it is for a person with a bad back I really dont know, but personally I think it smooths out my ride quite a bit. I would recommend test driving...

yep, 51 years old, 2.0's with contact lenses in. Pairs in every room, pairs at work, pair on the nightstand, and as of recently, a few pairs in the garage! The super cheap Home Depot ones aren't that great, plastic, break easy and out of focus around the edges. The Wal-Mart or local food club...

How many implements do you have?

Hoe Bucket Forks Sweeper Snowblower Chipper Grapple Box Blade 8 That's all I can think of right now. When I bought it I opted for a little smaller tractor so I could pile-on the implements. I think I still like my decision. Wish list: Tiller pretty content with what I got right now for...

Are pallet forks for a BX2680 even worth it?

This x2. I have the exact same setup. Amazingly useful, can lift a lot more than 250 lbs. Not 1,000, but a lot more than 250.

I was dumb. Now Kubota wants me to 'pay for it'.

2/10 rant score, agree with above. is the rim steel? pound it back. Us Jeep guys have done that for trail fixes many times. Not like it needs to be balanced for highway driving.
