Negotiating on B 2601 - Web Build Price vs Dealer

My experience from June 2020: 1) Got a Kubota Website quote on everything, Let say it was 26K 2) Went to the big dealership, he quoted me 27K for everything. 3) Went to the small dealership, he quoted me 25K for everything. I went with the small dealership. Not that I quibble on prices, but...

    Smokers! (Of the cooking variety)

Agree with the sentiment of not replacing what he built. Masterbuilt propane smoker here. It's good for what it is, can be finicky, may be replacing soon with something nicer. Agree on the accessory gift things: Wood, Pit Minders/Thermo's. A good cordless/bluetooth multi-pronged sensor...

Whoo hoo, Finally got a set of pallet forks for my B2650

As above. Those that think the bucket is the most useful tractor attachment do NOT have pallet forks. My pallet forks are also on 75% of the time instead of the bucket. Bad news is.......no more pallet fires! :ROFLMAO:

    Do I deserve this?

I've been a moderator, it sucks. They always get the shit end of the stick. I'm all for free speech and anything goes, but some people are just idiots and need to STFU.

    BX23S Shims = More Pressure - Better/Worse?

Sooooo, THIS is how they do it. I was wondering. My guy at the dealership asked me about the lift capacity when I brought it back for the quick-connect install. He asked me "how do you like the lift capacity? Is it doing ok?" I was like yea, full bucket of gravel, good size pallet of...

How Much Pressure Is In Hydraulic Lines ?

I was told (by a guy who I think knows his stuff) these little tractors don't have really real hydraulic systems compared to larger machines? Something about the system or the pressure they operate at is significantly different from say, a full size dozer. Not sure if there's any truth to...

L3301 LA525 Front Loader Valve Lock Stuck

semi-false alarm / disaster averted / newbie with a tractor. It's scary when that lockout lever takes away all your hydraulic function...as intended. It was the first time I used this lever and it got jammed in the lock position. After 30 seconds of wiggling the joystick while pushing on the...

L3301 LA525 Front Loader Valve Lock Stuck

BTT, having this problem with my BX 23S this morning. I flipped the lock lever, sat for 3 days. Was able to back out of the garage then lost all function...everything. Lock lever is jammed in lock position. Hopefully with more wiggles it will come free.

    BX23S LED upgrade

Lighting threads have been beaten to death on this board, but just to add: I ended up getting the Harbor Freight Roadshock lights and wiring kit for my ROPS. The wires fit perfectly around the wider BX 23S bar, I followed the factory wire routing from the battery, and the extra wire stuffs in...

    Bucket Leveling

Another vote for the Kubota Orange Factory BLI. Not only does the orange match nicely, the silver "gloss" of the rod matches all the other pieces on the tractor. $50 well spent on aesthetics if nothing else.

Quick Question - Did I Damage my BX?

I've found that often times many of my 4WD pieces like to actually be rolling a bit to shift. Besides my hood latch, I think this 4WD lever is the most finicky on the tractor, smoothly shifts half the time at best, most often takes some persuasion.
