    EA vs Homestead

Yea whatever continue to drink that cool-aid. Freedom in America, so why not. Impressive marketing for EA to get people like you in their fan club. LOL 'best implement company'... WoW... Go bend one of their grapples via abuse and call them to see if they send you a new one. Looking forward...

    L4701 Trailer

I looked into it for L3301 and in short, you want at least 10k GVWR trailer... Trailer itself will weight ~2-3k. Tractor loader backhoe (or some other heavy rear attachment) and filled tires is around 5k. That's going to be around 8k of weight already. Then you might want to bring extra...

    EA vs Homestead

Ya I've seen EA videos of them testing on an oversized tractor. And he actually showed how he DID bend tines a little bit with disclaimer it was testing on larger tractor. HOWEVER he didn't intentionally use top lid to bulldoze or pull stump etc. They state NOT TO DO THIS on their site as well...

    EA vs Homestead

He was CLEARLY abusing it as you can see in the video. Homestead has a different 620 LB 'utility grapple' that's for 60+ HP tractors. He was using the 'compact tractor grapple' for under 60 HP tractors on a utility MX tractor with 55-65 HP (not sure which model he has). He was a the limit of the...

    3301 drawbar hitch .

Ya I should have clarified that titan implements brand is made in TN. Titan attachments is the Chinese stuff. Not sure what you’re looking at. I’ve looked at some titan implements stuff and honestly wasn’t impressed (even versus the Chinese comparative equivalent). Not saying all Chinese stuff...

    EA vs Homestead

I'm also in the market for a grapple for my L3301. The pinnacle series is a better comparison. 375 LB 60 inch AR450 steel grapple. Looks good actually. Lead time of 6-8 weeks... I just called today about EA grapple. Lead time is 6-9 months atm. They recently increased prices by as about 10%...

    3301 drawbar hitch .

Titan stuff is made in china and 'cheap' IMO, so I avoid that brand.

    3301 drawbar hitch .

My L3301 came with one, but I think it's normal for it to be removed if not used because it gets in the way. It's removed if you have backhoe as well. Once removed (aka not in use), it's quite easy to misplace. On delivery, mine was in the bucket. I moved it to shop and then some time later...

L3301 adding top and tilt? (already have remote)

Man just when I thought I got it all figured out, I learned something new. I called agristore just now and the lady who answered was super helpful. Yea float definitely wont work, though I can remove the check valve by unscrewing the top bar/ connections to cylinder on each end, then put the...

    Hanix Mini Giant excavator?

I'm sure it will dig and will get get job done, but I honestly don't think the difference will be too significant better than your backhoe. Limitation factor is weight... that equipment probably weighs 2500-3000 LB. My L3301 with BH77 is around 5k LBs and I can dig a 3 foot deep trench (6 inch...

    Hanix Mini Giant excavator?

I mean it's cool you're fixing it this old thing, but it seems a bit too small/light to do anything with it reasonably. What's the plan for this thing or it's just a project?

L3301 adding top and tilt? (already have remote)

Yep another reason I went with that one. It's a bit longer. I got a detent and float valve. I haven't confirmed dealer did it correct, but I think the second one 'locks' into position, but the first doesn't. Hmm...check valve wont work with float?

    Thinking about pallet forks……

Forks are something that you only need them when you need them, so depending on your application, they may sit around a lot. They are a huge benefit of owning a loader, however you really want your loader to be capable of lifting at least around 1000lb 4 feet in the air (if not 1500 LB). I think...

Affordable hydraulic top link option for LX series without waiting 6 months.

Well dang I missed that... somehow thought it was 24 inches. 29 still kind short L3301 as when lowered it's 24 inches to the remotes mounted on ROPs above fender. I think on LX they're lower near the trans axle. Bending hose under pressure to plug it in remotes would add a good 12 inches is how...

L3301 adding top and tilt? (already have remote)

Decided to go with this top link: https://www.agristoreusa.com/products/category-1-hydraulic-top-link-20-7-8-31-7-8 This hose kit (I measured and 24 inch hoses would be almost too short and 36 should be good): https://www.agristoreusa.com/products/hydraulic-top-link-hose-kit-banjo-fittings...

Affordable hydraulic top link option for LX series without waiting 6 months.

I found that brand. Also this: https://www.agristoreusa.com/pages/application-charts I went with agristore because they have a nicer looking hose kit (36 inches... 24 is a bit short for my L3301).

L3301 adding top and tilt? (already have remote)

Oh see it now... metal bracket inside the top link slots on the tractor to extend it. Makes sense. Thanks.

L3301 adding top and tilt? (already have remote)

That custom setup is really cool! My OEM kit feels cheap seeing yours. I’m still not sure how the top link is modified to be longer though…

L3301 adding top and tilt? (already have remote)

Anyone know what parts I need to add hydraulic top and tilt cylinders for the stock L series hitch? I did some research and there’s kits out there, but they’re adding hydraulics etc. I just need the cylinders and hoses to connect to my remotes.
