Sounds like you have a plan.. I would love to work with metal but have zero tools for that other than a mini lathe. Carpenter by trade and Have.. and gotten rid of some of those wood working tools. As for the cordless, all Dewalt to be able to share batteries. Two post lift..😛👍

Nice extra storage for the important stuff.👍 Solid 2x6 blocking down the center of those rafters would make a huge difference in strength when snow starts to accumulate. Stagger them 1 1/2" to make nailing or screwing them easier.

Glad you like it, bought my BX for mainly the same reasons other than mowing. My land is all flat but a lot of trees and 300 ft gravel drive plus 150ft concrete drive. Oh.. and of course the fun factor!

My dealer here usually has a decent selection, but usually just one BX. Now I know why the shortage on them.. 🙃

I added the front facing and rear facing lights on the ROPS. Those LEDs really light the night up! Really no need for any more, the front facing have a really wide spread of light...Floods.
