    BX23S Tilt steering broke

New part is in! Nice to have my tilt steering back! I was kind of surprised this part failed with just under 600 hours on the machine. I doubt in that time I tilted the wheel all that much and from the responses maybe it doesnt happen all that often? There is a warning on the part label that...

    BX23S Tilt steering broke

I kind of jumped the gun here. I should have looked at my paperwork before stating that this was under warranty. This part will cost me $150! Gotta have it though. Without the shock the wheel flops around trying to steer it!

    BX23S Tilt steering broke

Only 590 hrs on my 4 year old machine! Yes the nut adjusts how much push there is to the pin on the end of the shock, but the shock is still frozen in place. I even removed the shock and pushed the pin in all the way, Its a no go!

    New garden question

New garden update. Just hilled and fertilized my small 12'x70' plot of Silver queen! Hard to tell but most is knee high with a few strugglers. Now if I get tassels and silk I'll be in business! I also opened up another 12'x50' plot for next year's potatoes, onions, garlic, and an egg plant and...

David Bradley Pull Type Adjustable Blade

A three point mounted blade is faster backing into tight spots and turning around but if you have lots of room on your property its a nice implement!

    sigh....

No worries Jay! If the plugs leak and they probably will since the puncture is not in the tire lug area just add the Kubota branded (water soluble) tire sealant! DO NOT REMOVE THE PLUGS! Mine is holding over two years now! If you haven't tried plugging it yet I would suggest not to. The tire...

    Kubota fuel tanks

Curious.....those that had to clean out their tanks. was any additive ever used? Did the machines sit for long periods? Do you have a guess what caused it? I have not had a problem since buying my new BX in 2017 almost 500 hrs. Have only changed my filters once. I use that (name?) diesel power...

    Smart guys and gals

Not crows but, In the past week I have Cardinals hanging on and pecking my truck side view mirrors. They poop all over the doors. What a mess! Ive also had them do this to windows on the house and garage! Crazy birds! I do love cardinals though. When I was a boy a male flew into the neighbors...

    Snakes

I have gotten within 5 feet of a large yellow timber rattler. Very beautiful and rare to see! As a boy I stepped on a young coiled rattler while walking down the rail road tracks. I was lucky that day! The annual Noxen Rattlesnake Roundup is next week. Its a yearly fund raiser for the volunteer...

    BX fuel tank strainer

I was filling up the other day and when I finished I pulled the tea strainer out to see if anything was in there. Sure enough I see three little specks. I pulled the strainer and hit it against a paper towel in my hand. It was three gnats! Wondering how they got in there I realized they probably...
