3 PH SSQA adapter for bucket, pallet forks, etc.

Fair enough. Thanks for the warning. Guess I just should have kept my little BX as a spare tractor instead of trading it in for the L6060. Just have to win the lottery, LOL. Thanks again.

3 PH SSQA adapter for bucket, pallet forks, etc.

Thanks Old and Green. Don't quote me but thinking I remember Cat2 3ph capacity iisted as approaching 3000#. I've seen the scoops but wouldn't my front loader bucket work to some degree for snow pushing/scooping. Thanks again guys.

3 PH SSQA adapter for bucket, pallet forks, etc.

It's that time of year when I will be installing the subframe and front snowblower on my L6060. Unfortunately, the changeover process is onerous enough that it pretty much precludes using other front implements for the balance of winter. Does anyone have any experience using a SSQA adapter on...

    HAMs

Tying all radiating elements together would make it a random end fed long wire. Somewhere there would need to be a ground and a tuner.

    HAMs

Pics would help. Not quite understanding your description. Coax itself can be used as an antenna with one conductor (the shield) usually grounded and the center conductor used as the exposed radiating element. It seems you may be describing a dipole.

    Pat’s Quick Hitch

Installed Pat's on my L6060. The standard Kubota dealer hydraulic top and tilt kit top link was too short for reaching implements. I measured the amount that the Pat's extended my lower 3 point arms (4.5 inches in my case) and had a local weld shop fabricate a tractor side extension bracket...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Nice. Where did you source those baskets? I'm looking, for something like that for firewood as well. Was considering IBC cages but yours looks better suited.

    New man lift

Looks like a very practical attachment. However, is there any concern about the possibility of a sudden hydraulic leak or the leverage causing the tractor to tip over? The manuals discourage personnel from being lifted in this way ( tractor or excavator). Am I over thinking or worrying needlessly?

    Mini-ex 200 hour service cost

Just got the KX033 200 hour service done at my site. Took tech 2.5 hours, drove 40 minutes to get to me, changed all fluids, filters, checked track tension, and did overall thorough check. In addition, he answered all my many questions. Came to $747.60. Pleasantly surprised. Thinking that that...

Sand / salt (ice melt) spreader recs

Have a L6060 with a front snowblower. Looking for thoughts/recommendations on a rear mounted sander/salter. Either electric or PTO. Something like the Land Pride FSP500 is inexpensive ( up to 1k) but not designed for salt/sand. Next steps up cost several thousand. PTO driven spreading width...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Used forks and carryall to bring some timber down the hill to processing area. Been sitting for 3 years since we cleared for the road. Hardwood lasts a long time. Will start bucking and splitting later this week.

Difficulty placing top link pin in lowest position

Had same issue this past week. Pins available at my local TSC were not short enough to fit. Dealer pin cost more but solved issue. I was concerned about lower hole allowing the top link ( hydraulic in my case) to possibly interfere with the PTO shaft shroud. YMMV. Good luck.

    Getting Old and Back Issues

Always difficult to offer an opinion without knowing all the facts, seeing images and notes, etc. In general terms however, PT, chiropractor, normal body weight, smoking cessation, pool therapy are first line remedies that help many people. Sounds like you have progressed beyond the point where...
