Load your rears the best. Additional ballast on 3 pt will not hurt either. Rimguard (beet juice) will provide you the most weight per gallon and NOT rust out your rims like Cal. WWF the next. Proper use should prevent any tipping. Lookup videos on what NOT to do. Keep FEL loads low. You...
I had purchased a Yamaha XS1100 special in 79 after I got out of the Coast Guard. Installed Jardine pipe and it sounded sweet. Bike would really get up and go. Kids came along and didn't ride it much, sold it.
Lubrication purposes will work fine. Chain saw bar oil has an additive that makes it tacky, keeping more lubrication on the chain/bar and less cast off. I only use reg oils in a pinch. For winter use, they make a lighter grade but still has the tacky additive. My 2 cents.
I think some individuals are generally unwilling to purchase fluids other than from the dealer even though they were in sealed containers as they are unsure what they may get. When it comes to transmissions, I use what the manufacturer calls for. In the case of kubotas, calls for super UDT...
When working on/doing service its is easiest to access the engine area with the FEL arm elevated. Yes, you could remove the FEL or place a support post under the arm/s. I have heard tell that some use angle iron piece attached to the lift cylinder rod whereby NOT allowing the lift cylinder...
Kinda agree with dirty and RCW. If you value the fence, take it down. Chain stump to FEL, take some weight off stump, use 4WD, go back like hell and don't stop till down. Tractor should be able to handle that. Good luck.
I use a MX5100DT which is a turbo. Kubota recommends a short cool down period for proper turbo lubrication. Small measure to help ensure tractor operates for a long time, hopefully.
From what I have read, ULS diesel fuel, either on road or off road, is required to be of the ULS which I believe is <15 PPM. This is what my Kubota's currently recommends. I would be careful using too much #1 diesel due to lubrication issues as mentioned in other posts. Not sure what the...
If you continue to do things with your equipment that it was not intended for, you certainly risk damage. I buy the cheapest food spray I can find. I then spray my plow and loader with ample amounts just prior to using. This does seem to help some. I try to get the butter favor. It is what...
Check with your dealer as Kubota may NOT cover damages that might occur to front axle driveline in the event of damages. You will get all different opinions on chaining up the front. No doubt front chains would help on ice just need to be careful and understand what may occur. Your tractor...
