    Loader Getting Weak With Use?

I wanted to thank you for your insight Dan, I appreciate it. I'll keep slowly picking at this as I can.

    Relief valve shims

If you read what he wrote, he gave him a list and told him to check and see if his tractor was on the list. I don't see how that's bad advice. :)

    Loader Getting Weak With Use?

The spring in the picture is "pointing" to the poppet. I made sure the seat wasn't damaged, and shined a light with a mirror into the hole to make sure I didn't see anything. Cold pressure is higher. Hot pressure was only 1700 PSI, so bumping it 200 PSI isn't much. Hot pressure is 1900 PSI...

    Loader Getting Weak With Use?

Thanks Paul! I do need to start a spare parts stash for this thing.

    Loader Getting Weak With Use?

Pulled the pressure relief valve today. I found a few pieces of silicone in the spring. Nothing on the seat or in the valve itself. Probably means there's more in the transmission..... I also wanted to bump the pressure roughly 200 PSI (hot was 1700 PSI). So I needed a .5mm shim (.1mm is 40...

    Broken Oil Drain Plug

An easy out is irrelevant if the bolt is spinning....... Either hold the bolt with something and drill it out or remove the pan.

Running a SA10 post hole auger off rear remotes.

Unless your rear remotes choke down the flow it shouldn't be a problem. I've got an sa-10 for my bx23s. Basically the same flow you have and it runs fine.

Just installed new BX2751 quick hitch to my BX2230. Question on color port for hook up.

I just put corresponding colored zip ties on the ends of hoses. So I know which one goes where.

    BX23S Factory 4in1 Bucket

You'll need a third function kit for one of these FYI. The CB0546 is apparently the one "designed" for the BX80 Quick attach (SSQA) 47" wide Single center cylinder 6.8 cu feet 226 lbs MSRP $2508 https://www.landpride.com/products/10414/CB0546-Combo-Buckets CB0550 It says it fits BX60 and BX70...

Look what followed me home! Too Big?

That's a lot of weight out ahead of the pins. The good thing is you don't need to lift it very high. And you have those larger lift cylinders. I bet you'll be ok. Do you have a third function to move it?

    BX23S Factory 4in1 Bucket

There is. I believe there are three different buckets that might work? They might not all be quick attach though. This is something that's on my radar and I have the printouts somewhere for all three. I can't get them right now but I'll see about posting pictures of the information.

    Loader Getting Weak With Use?

Ok, thanks. :) I haven't had a chance to look at exactly what it takes to tear into it yet. What I should have said is I'm not keen on the dealer tearing into my tractor. There are good techs and not so good techs and I don't know which I'll get. Yes, I noticed that. That's my feeling too and...

    Loader Getting Weak With Use?

Alright, thanks. I don't know how well I can trust the dealer to get this troubleshot in a timely manner. Or to competently troubleshoot it (I bought a chainsaw from them a few years ago that still doesn't run right, they've had it multiple times) Not to mention I don't have a trailer at the...

    Loader Getting Weak With Use?

It will probably take at least a few days, but I can do that. I can't imagine the pressure will go up at that port though, the readings I just posted are basically right off the pump.

    Loader Getting Weak With Use?

At full throttle. However I have 600 PSI at idle. That seems low to me. And that was the original problem. When the tractor is hot I can't lift the loader at idle.

    Loader Getting Weak With Use?

I can't even lift the loader all the way up when it's hot. That was the original problem. With the system only getting 600 PSI I can see why. Thanks man, I appreciate you checking. That sounds more like it. I wouldn't be concerned if it was a little low at idle, but 600 PSI seems well below...

    Loader Getting Weak With Use?

Hot fluid pump output. Same numbers as before. 600 PSI at idle 1700 PSI at full throttle (the relief valve was really screaming). Cold pressure was a little higher than before though. I had something like 1400 PSI at idle. I think I'll pull that relief valve for starters. See what it looks...

    Loader Getting Weak With Use?

Much easier to do this on the laptop! Yes, that's what I have. I couldn't find an actual diagram anywhere, including the manual. After reading through the hydraulic, backhoe, and loader sections that's what I came up with. Good to know I was right. You also have the gauge in the correct spot...
