    Traveller (TSC) 80W-90 gear oil

Thank you! There is no plug on the side of the casting, below the fill plug, even though so indicated in the picture. Plug #1 is obviously the way to check fluid level.

    Everything Attachments - Bankrupt?

Many/most of us here on OTT, do not have any "customers", and do not want any "customers"!

    Everything Attachments - Bankrupt?

I too would buy used implements/attachments if I could. I live in a wide area of mostly semi suburban retirees. Non tractor folks. Used implements are generally unobtanium within 100+ miles

Patience is a virtue that some folks do lack. Trust me! Waiting for a TOP quality attachment from EA is worth the time. You have OBVIOUSLY NEVER bought an attachment from EA. Unfortunately, they DO NOT offer "free" shipping to Ontario, Canada.

    Traveller (TSC) 80W-90 gear oil

I was thinking that to be very likely. Thank you for the confirmation! Being a very old, lazy guy, though,.....I think I'll stay with the SUDT-2 that is clean, and already in there.

I strongly suspect that he will "flip" it.

Joe's engine had less than minimum recommended compression after reassembly. Probably does not really matter what he does to it now.

    Everything Attachments - Bankrupt?

Most of us here on OTT, are not in a for profit landscaping/earthmoving business. We are much more patient, and are willing to wait for the GOOD things to come to us! I think the term most often used is: Planning ahead!

    Traveller (TSC) 80W-90 gear oil

I think that is just about where it is now. I used a piece of wire for a depth measure, and it seems like there may be about 3-1/2" of fluid. I have determined that the oil is SUDT-2

    Traveller (TSC) 80W-90 gear oil

The tractor has EXCEPTIONALLY low hours, so I just want to be certain that the fluid level is where it should be. Will need to look again for the FULL "plug on the back side of the front axle housing".....left hand side. I looked, but did not see it!

If payment is by credit card, and non delivery dispute (if necessary) is filed within CC dispute time limit, I would devote more worry effort to avoid getting hit by a truck while crossing the street.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I like my new 25" deep root ripper! Very little side load. Using some heat, a hyd. jack, or Port-a-Power(?), and some finesse, ......that should be fixable.

    Traveller (TSC) 80W-90 gear oil

Just sniffed it! No nauseating odor. Seems somewhat lighter weight than 80W-90 oil also. Must be either SUDT or SUDT-2. Can't find any...... fill to level..... plug. Fill point is on top of casting. Maybe proper full is to top of casting/housing?

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I consider Spring grass seeding to be a sign of owner/operator impatience. Unless you have an irrigation system, you are doomed to a lovely crop of weeds by July. Ask me how I know how (repeatedly)!

Have not sniffed it yet. What should it smell like?

No coolant is a VERY bad idea!

    Traveller (TSC) 80W-90 gear oil

Is it acceptable (satisfactory) to use Traveller 80W-90 (GL-5) oil in the front axle of my 2006 L48 TLB. I have no idea what the previous owner used. Perhaps, SUDT, or even SUDT-2 is in there now.. Can 80W-90 ( GL-5 ) be added, or mixed with,...... possibly existing SUDT/SUDT-2...
