***SOLVED***What valve do I need and where to buy one?

This vid does a great job of explaining the types of hydraulic valves. It appears you want a 4 way, 3 position Detent valve. My local Northern Tool has them in stock, but a quick web search will provide lots of buying options.

3 pt grader blade vs box blade

I currently have a 5 foot box blade and am getting ok at running it. I found a 6 foot grader blade close and cheap. I am thinking being able to pull material towards the center of the driveway may be nice. Any advice or input would be appreciated.

    Many customizations finally complete!

Thanks! I like the caddy ornament. I have a Mercedes ornament floating around the shop and considered putting it on there, but couldn’t resist the skull. It’s actually a shift knob mounted on a custom stud I made.

Almost forgot, steering wheel spinner lol.

    Many customizations finally complete!

Custom hood ornament. Fabricated toolbox mount. Bumper/grill guard with light bar (I pulled it off an old Massy in the junk yard, have it a second life). Added water bottle holder. Painted muffler and replaced stack with taller one so no more diesel fumes in my face. Went with rain cap instead...

    Trailer lights for BX2380

Just because they are wired separately does not mean anything. See attached documentation for my B1750. If that particular tractor has turn signals, I would expect any half way intelligent person to realize this and wire accordingly. In my past (and admittedly limited) experience with...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Did a little box blade work this morning. Tomorrow s going to be big day though. Fixing the driveway and cutting in new ditches.

    Trailer Hitch on BH-92

A plain old receiver tube and big ass C clamps should work.

L185 and 10si and 12si alternator upgrade wired correctly.

Thank you, I’m looking at upgrading the dynamo to an alternator and Kubota wants over $300 for the alternator that came on the California version of my tractor.

    Trailer lights for BX2380

Determine the wiring connector on the trailer. Go to your auto parts store and purchase the VEHICLE SIDE connector that matches the trailer connector, some GOOD electrical tape, and a pack of wire taps (1st attached picture). I attached wiring diagrams for two of the more popular styles out...

    ROPS light switch

I second this. It is also available at auto parts stores and even Walmart carried it at one time.

L185 and 10si and 12si alternator upgrade wired correctly.

Did you have any fitment issues? Were custom brackets or a different belt length required?

    Trailer Hitch on BH-92

    No welding required.

    B1750 won’t start, mystery modules???

Got everything sorted out. Timer relay was no good. It would supply power to the fuel shut off solenoid if you moved it. Confirmed earlier suspicion about solenoid shorting out. It was a perfect storm of two separate problems, and I’m guessing unloading from the trailer shook the timer relay...

Remote shuttle valve questions, AKA power beyond my knowledge

I’m looking into adding two rear remotes to my B1750, cheaply. I can make my own hydraulic lines and mounting brackets, and was planning on digging through the tractor scrap yard for the shuttle valves. My hydraulic knowledge is all industrial, I don’t fully understand the power beyond...
