I have tossed some good sized nuggets more than once through my blower,dents to prove it on the chute,might have weakened the shear bolt,did bend one blade slightly on the fan but just did a complete rebuild and straitened it out.If you have a very flat spot(concrete) you can adjust the top link...
Hey folks,a friend is looking at buying a L3400 with 1960 hours on it,it looks to be a very clean machine but the rear wheel seals appear to be weeping slightly on both sides,It is the 8 speed model,should this be a concern or normal to this model ?
I did a total overhaul last year excluding drive chain and gears(someone did them or very well looked after),these were built in Canada for Kubota,JD and Ford.I bought the motor off Amazon,had a shaft that fit the crank handles pipe and assembled from there,feel free to message me for any more...
I bought some Old Kubota Orange from Krylon,it's not old or new and not even up to there standards,for ever to dry and not hard,1st time I have been disappointed with Krylon paint
It's a old snowblower on a old Grey market tractor,when using it I would have to stop,raise the 3 point crank the chute than lower the unit and continue.I installed a 30RPM 12V reversing motor very similar to a power window motor,should be a better experience this winter.All in $65 CDN
Great write up,I have been running one for coming up to 3 seasons now,mine is 1000 watt that is plugged into a WiFi plug I turn on about 2 hours prior to using.
