Yes, but the mower manual covers everything from the b2650 up to the lx2620, and it has no specific information about the 2620, there is a bracket that goes on the older tractors that doesn't fit on the newer onesDo the mower or tractor manuals mention pinning the deck up?
Is it a difference in the linkage? The rck60-30bb and the rck60-30bc both have the same deck.
They'll probably do it for the lx2630 and advertise it as a new featureThey took the effort to manufacture both the deck and tractor with tabs to be able to pin up and have been for years. Kubota should make it right IMO regardless what "the rep" said.
With the 3 point selector up, the deck touches the frame both in te front and the back and its still like a half inch off, i do wonder if the linkage is adjusted correctly though for other reasonsIs the front linkage and rear lift linkage adjusted correctly? If not then the front or back of the deck may be lifting too high causing it to hit before the holes line up. Try playing around with that and see if you can make it work.
Had a similar issue when I installed 60" MMM on my B3350, since sold.I just got my 60" deck, it works great but be aware that you cannot pin the deck up, the holes are about a half inch off and according to the service rep that is the way it is, they want you to remove the deck for 3 point work.
After you've determined original setup was/is correct and don't want to take the time for the dealer to correct it: a "quick" option is to use a sharp point permanent marker to mark the misalignment hole on the metal tab. Then take a die grinder and bit to enlarge the hole to the marked openings on each side for the mower hanger tabs.
I agree. Sure, it shouldn't be wrong, but if I can fix it, I'm not waiting on the dealer to fix it. At some point, even the principle isn't worth the time to have the item out of service and wait. Most times, things like this are quicker done by yourself even though it's apparently a screw up by Kubota.
No. OP's deck is not a suspended deck.Do you not have the cutting height dial? I don't need to pin the deck up on my B. Just turn the dial to top position and then I can use 3 point and deck stays up.
