Hmmm, this makes me wonder if mine has a problem. It runs fine and so far seems to regenerate every 20-30 hours.
That seems a little often. Mine regenerates every 50-60 hours.

THANKS!

I have all of the LX3310 TSBs but didn't connect the dots on this one. For some reason it has stopped smelling bad but I will keep this in mind if it starts up again. My serial number is within the range listed on this one.

I just had the jerky motion TSB performed and it made the tractor much more enjoyable to operate.

The TSB is only good for 5 years from your purchase date.
It includes a larger alternator and a new starter.

What was the fix for the herky jerky motion? I had dealt with that on my B2650 since I bought it in 2019, there was mention of a spring change to the neutral valves, I tried that and it just delayed when the herky jerky motion occured. A couple weeks ago it pissed me off for the last time, I am either going to cure this or trade that son of a bitch off.

TSB-2023-044-E-R1 replaces 3 pressure relief valves in the transmission. Your B2650 was included but you are probably out of the coverage timeline. They only cover it for 5 years after the in service date.

IF you ever reported the problem to a dealer and have record of it you might get them to ask for some retro coverage?

Thanks for the TSB number, I am not concerned about the issue being covered under warranty, I just want to know if there is a company engineered fix for the problem. I asked my friendly Kubota dealer last week, and they were not aware of any concerns about that problem or bulletins.

I will search for the bulletin, in the mean time I cured the problem by reducing the neutral valve spring force by 95%, that thing is perfectly smooth now! I see that the LX2620 no longer uses the neutral valves.

I live here in Mississippi and we did away with all vehicle inspections. They don’t care if you don’t have a windshield. I am working on my M7060. Got the tune done today. I have the spacer for replacing the DPF. It will take a couple of hours. My dealer will work on a deleted out of warranty tractor. He won’t work on the ECM but everything else is fair game. $150.00/hr talks, everything else walks. I have a Dodge Cummins that is deleted and the dealer did a recall update and then reloaded the delete tune for me. There are probably more deleted diesels on the road here than non deleted. It made a real difference in mine. Hope the tractor is the same.

I think the EPA is too busy banning red food coloring that was known to cause cancer 30 years ago.

You could make the argument that adding a turbo to a 25hp tractor made after Final Tier 4 Standards were mandated is a violation of EPA regulations, but no one seems to be worried about that.
I would do that and/or delete absolutely for certain, LOL

Tractors are subject to emissions regulations from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). These regulations include standards for greenhouse gas emissions, fuel economy, and technologies that reduce emissions.

Greenhouse gas emissions

  • The EPA announced a final rule in March 2024 that sets stronger standards for heavy-duty vehicles, including tractors, starting in model year 2027.
  • The new standards are technology-neutral, allowing manufacturers to choose the best emissions control technologies for their vehicles.
  • The standards build on the EPA's Heavy-Duty Phase 2 program from 2016.

Fuel economy

  • Tractors that pull box-type trailers must be equipped with fuel-efficient tires and aerodynamic trailer devices.
  • The tractors and trailers must either be U.S. Environmental Protection Agency SmartWay certified or retrofitted with SmartWay verified technologies.

Other regulations

  • The EPA has also issued regulations for nonroad diesel engines and fuel.
  • The EPA recommends that ammonia slip should be below 10 ppm average over the applicable test cycles.

Some states, like California, have additional regulations for heavy-duty vehicles.

Guess all those tuner shops getting huge fines from EPA is fear mongering too. Did you happen to ask yourself why manufacturers would voluntarily put all that smog crap on their tractors if they weren’t forced to by the EPA?
I think if you look into this the courts have knocked out a lot of the enforcement because it is a rule and not a law passed by Congress.
Basically the enforcement or a rule is not legal. I know they were doing it before the Supreme Court case was settled. Maybe some states are enforcing it on there own laws.
I had a deleted truck. When I did it it gained 4 mpg. I had no problem selling it.
Lots of fear mongering. I would not worry about deleting a tractor. How would they ever know?

How would they ever know?
Maybe if you posted it on the "World Wide" internet?

I dont have a dog in this fight, but I have seen some crazy things.

My SIL just recently received a “no hunter orange” ticket from "Colorado DNR” (we live in Michigan) because his friend posted a picture of him with his deer, but he had taken off his “hunter orange” vest to pose with it…….

If he was not my SIL, I probably would have not believed it.

It must be California guys who moved to Colorado but think they're in England...

" The wife of a conservative politician was sentenced to 31 months in prison for what police said was an unacceptable post. "

" Last year London’s Metropolitan Police chief threatened to seek extradition of Americans and other foreigners so that he could jail them if they were deemed to have violated the country’s rules for online content. "

Hard to believe that story, unless your SIL also included a photo of his hunting license in the photo that showed his full name and hunter license number. How is the CO DNR going to track down the person in the photo? Some of this stuff is just utterly ridiculous.
