Kubota M9960 regen red light

Hi everyone i need help on my Kubota M9960..Everything is fine untill 1 morning..Turn on the tractor and the Red light come on..No beep sound and no yellow light flashing ..They skip LV1-2-3 and get right into LV4..Bring to dealer the want to replace the PDF..I decided replace it with by pass emulator the Red light still there..Do i need to bring it to dealer for reset the Red light..?

update:Just on phone with dealer tech its like ly something else not the DPF filter..

If you bypassed the PDF (sic) the chances dealer will work on it is pretty much zero.

Yes, proprietary dealer software is required to clear such codes.

right now the tractor run fine just like nothing happen..only the red light stay on screen..No yellow light flashing and no beeping sound.. i live in rural area very hard to find disel mechanic..

You have backed yourself into a corner.
A dealer will not (legally can not) work on your tractor since you've defeated / deleted the emissions system.
Most independents do not have the computer and software to work on a kubota.
And even if they did it would just fail it as the software will not just let them bypass the emissions requirement.

So I take it you've done all this work to delete / defeat / remove the emissions equipment and never looked at resetting or reprogramming the system that runs the emissions equipment.
I'm also betting that it either still does not run or it does not run properly.

Was the light on and the buzzer constant?

If not then it's a different issue than the DPF.

Hey why don't you call up who you bought the emulator from and ask them how to fix it!

right the light is on constant but there is no buzzer sound..I bought the delete kit online..So right now im the one have to fix it..
Anyway after researching and talk with kubota dealer i found this one..Hope this is the right to my problem..I check the oil its over fill..

I'm not understanding your issue.

The engine check light is not set because of it being a little over full on oil.
It on because there is an issue with the either the emissions system or it's sensors (very likely) or it has been overheated, and that will set the code, or it's not reading aa temp sensor.

Did you remove the DPF filter and all of the sensors?
Did your emulattor have connections for all the sensors?
Do you have the WSM (aka service manual)?

Aren't emissions systems warranted for longer than the tractor by quite a good amount? The M9960 is what, 2000-2004, so emissions systems should be under warranty? Maybe?

I believe most (all??) emissions warranties are 10 years.

Edit - looks like its a minimum of 8 years by federal law.

1/ the check engine light on b4 i installed DPF by pass kit.The DPF filter is still on the tractor i only replace the middle one with the pipe come with the PDF Kits.
2/ Yes the Emulattor come with all the connector..temperature sensor,differential presure sensor and rail fuel pressure sensor
3/The tractor never got over heat befor..

i saw when put the key to ignition both oil presure light and check engine light stay on..But when i start the key the oil presure light come off..Dont know if the problem is oil pressure..

the emissions is out off warranty thats why they want $9000 to replace at my local dealer,i refuse and installed by pass kits.After install by pass kit i call kubota tech.But when i on call with kubota tech he said your machine is not a emissions problem he said if emissions problem yellow light shoud flashing and buzzing sound..

Tell them what you've done, the problems you're experiencing and see if they have any recommendations.

yes its 8 years now..The previous owner replace 1 DPF filter at same dealer 4 years ago it cost him almost $5K..Now it gone up $9K..

Please - its a Diesel Particulate FIlter which is abreviated DPF.
