Have you ever heard of the hydraulic system needing bleeding? I don't know how long the hyd. filter has been on tractor but the fluid is clean. I'll change filter just to be sure it's ok. It has a old Fram P1653A. No sump screen or filter correct?
The system will bleed itself but you may need to help the pump establish prime. Put on a clean filter and check/replace suction side hoses and clamps to make sure there are no vacuum leaks. If it still does not self prime take the top pipe off the pump and pour a liberal spoonfull of clean oil in the port.

Give me the serial number of the tractor so I can see about a pump source.

The serial number will not give you a date, as the tractors date is the date it's sold.
Take the serial number to a dealer and have them look it up.
FYI: Your stated serial number has one too many digits.
You sure that the first 0 is and 0 and not a O with a K inside of it?

Look at these connections for wet fittings / lines, that can cause an air lock.

On that model it's more likely to have a drive issue then a all out pump failure.
