I still haven't heard of anything going down in northern Ontario yet?
But I'm starting to get unimpressed with Kubota now anyway. Don't get me wrong, the products are good, but their service is as useless as everyone else now.
Dealing with Kubota Corporate right now. Bought a K-Connect and front snowblower for my RTV-X1100C. Dealer said manuals got destroyed. So my dealer gave me a PDF manual but it is only for the blower itself.
There is 3 manuals, one for blower, one for the power pack and one for the K-Connect. Well dealer said they don't exist.
So I contacted Kubota and even emailed them pictures of all 3 covers of the manuals that another owner of one sent me.
So they sent me the one for the blower.
I contacted again and reminded them that is the one I told them I had.
So then they said they don't make manuals any more but might have in their electronic archives. So after sending them actual pictures of the manuals FIVE TIMES they reply back again "just give us serial numbers and let us know what manuals you need." UNREAL
So now you sell me a $19,000 setup with no manuals, but according to THE MANUALS I the customer am responsible to check and change oils in 3 gear boxes and grease it, but now you can't tell me what oil it uses, capacity or location of grease fittings???
It's a good thing I'm mechanically inclined and figured it all out myself.
