I will definitely be interested in wiring up additional lighting. I've done a lot of professional wiring for lights on trucks and side by sides. But never a tractor before so I'm looking for ideas! I seen a few use light bars, some use pods on the ROPS. For me personally, I'd love to wiring up lights that would light up the loader more and see the around it better.

What kind of lighting set up do you have on your machine?

Lightbar facing forward, flood/spot combo facing rear. You’re going to want a canopy anyway.

I have the bolt on hooks clamp mounts with forward and rearward facing led pods. Ran the wiring through the ROPS and out the existing holes in the sides.

I just have the factory installed front and rear halogen work lights on both tractors which are decent but not LED great. Basically they're good enough that installing the LED lights that I bought for the tractors is not a priority. 😂

Take your pick…

The set up on the B is what Tractor Mike has for sale…it’s held on by magnet and plugs into the OEM 12v jack on the tractor. It’s easy on and easy off and extremely bright. I’ve mowed the front yard in the dark before. The B is so bright yours eyes have trouble to readjust when you look back to back up…I plan to put some rear facing lights on similar to the set up I have on the Mx. the lights on the MX are all hard wired in, but would not be easily removed.

Light bar that plugs into a cigarette lighter (if you have one) is the fastest and easiest to do. Mine are on the ROPS and gives plenty of light. Wish I had 2 cigarette lighters so I could put one facing the rear.

You can get a two-way splitter as long as you keep the total amperage draw below the circuit rating. Just don't go all Clark Griswold on it and you should be fine.

That's a nice Lamborghini interior, though I'm not sure if putting lights in the front visor area shining into the operator's eyes are a good thing but it does make the back of the cab look nice...however it seems AI isn't smart enough to put the beacons above the top of the work lite rack, which is a violation.... 🤣

Some thoughts. Pics of current L44240. Video of the L3200's flashers. I don't have any videos of the flashers on the 4240. The "frantic flashers" are programmable to a bunch of different patterns:

Congrats on your new machine.

Here's a simple to do light installation that uses magnetic mounts. No issues with them holding the lights and you can still reposition them as needed. I ran the wire up inside the ROPS and came out the factory hole in the top.

No drilling either...

Where are you folks tapping in for power? I hate cutting into wires to power something else.

On the BX I'm pulling power from the Work Light "plug" (bullet connectors in my case) because there's not much room on a BX to add another fuse box and the Work Light circuit from the factory is already fused (although in my opinion the wiring is a bit undersized for the current the circuit is rated for). There's a lot of "stuff" going on with these tractors, I want to add to that as little as possible.

On my B I am using the OEM 12v socket by cupholder.
That what I use for my light bare. Those that are not using this, that’s what I am looking for. Would like to put rear lights on as posted above that will light up the back side. I like those magnet lights. Similar to my light bar.

Is that $19.99 a piece for that magnet?
