When’s everyone’s season start?
I am getting the itch? Ohio has deer archery from 9/28 and fall turkey from 10/01 for certain counties.
I just added 2 new ‘observation’ towers at our other place on the new parcel and I am definitely jonesin’. (First watch, new stand, new property and PTO is scheduled
)
We had nighttime temps in the 30s over the weekend and leaves are changing and dropping.

Sept 1-9 Archery only then open season Sept 10th. Been watching a nice 4x4 mulie this summer. Hope to meet him again soon! Moose and Elk also open but probably won't bother this year as its just me and the wife and don't need near that amount of meat anymore. Good luck to you.When’s everyone’s season start?

. Thank you. Actually it doubles as short target range and also I have a couple stands along it. There is gong in further out in front of tractor and it gives me just shy of 300 yds from the porch of the barn.

Full time through these dates, Sept. 28th to February 2, 2025, there are no closed window dates.
I had buckwheat with clover coming up under it in this one food plot—that is, until a few weeks after I took the fence down…
it was like in the Grinch where all he left was some hooks and some wire. The clover will make it ok. They needed the moisture in that buckwheat—stuff really sprays water when you snap it in two.

Granddaughter-in-Law took a moose this morning. She's going for a Grand Slam and took a 300 pound black bear last week. Just waiting for deer season to open, she's been successful the last 3 years running so I'd say she's got a good chance.
That's her and great-granddaughter Izzy. I think Izzy is almost as excited as Celina was!
