Hi there, could someone please tell me if a 60 inch deck has a clutch on each blade drive? Mid deck on a BX 2680.

I'm not aware of any clutches on a BX deck. Typically they have a shaft drive to the gearbox, then belt drive to the three spindles. If you hit something hard the belt will generally slip on the pulleys, which I guess is like a clutch.

Is there something in particular you are expecting the clutch to do for you?

Yes my left blade stopped spinning after a piece of wood got caught, I think I need to replace the cup washers?

Try turning the blade and drive pulley holding unto the pulley while moving the blade.
Whatever is no longer locked together should be visible.
Try re torquing the blade bolt. Cup washers do not suddenly fail..
There are 4 bolts between the drive pulley and its hub which could have sheared.
