I replaced a broken belt on my Kubota and now it won't start. Turning the key one notch lights the dash, but when I go to start, nothing. I checked the fuses and all are good. The 30 watt near the alternator is good. Am I missing a fuse? Tomorrow I'll jump the starter to see if it spins. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the PTO lever to see if it might be engaged, blocking the engine from starting.
Also check the model number of your tractor, because, to the best of my knowledge, there is no BX2300 tractor. I guess that you meant to type BX23, or if it is a newer model, then it would be a BX23S. This model information is important because giving help is specific to the tractor model.

Agree, a likely cause is tripping one of the safety switches. PTO, seat switch, HST pedal not centred.

Failing that, there is a fuse on the main lead to the starter, a slow blow fuse I think.

Could it also be a BX2380?

Hey, I'm sorry I took so long to reply. But then if you had read my mind, you would have told me about the PTO before I asked the question! And I wouldn't have had to do all that trouble shooting! But seriously thank you for the answer. Knowing there are guys like you that are able to help with a problem like this makes me appreciate how helpful people can be.
I checked all the items you mentioned, but when I got off the tractor at one point my pants must have hit the PTO lever enough to prevent starting, but not enough for me to see it. Three of you gentlemen gave me the same answer, so I'm going to copy and paste this to thank you. By the way, the tractor is a BX23. I was confusing it with my older tractor which was a BX1800. So thanks again and work on that mind reading thing! 😁🤔
