I wonder what parts it was? I’ve never expected to get a “made in USA” part for my Japanese tractor that says “assembled in USA”…I would probably be suspicious if it was made in USAI guess the govt is hurting for money after spending so much. I wonder how much the investigation cost, and how many people made a decision based on the stickers on the parts. Zero?
You will get no argument from me about that.I guess the govt is hurting for money after spending so much. I wonder how much the investigation cost, and how many people made a decision based on the stickers on the parts. Zero?
So I guess you’re sayin‘ that violating the law is OK…..I guess the govt is hurting for money after spending so much. I wonder how much the investigation cost, and how many people made a decision based on the stickers on the parts. Zero?
If you have money and hire the right lobbyists it's all goodSo I guess you’re sayin‘ that violating the law is OK…..
Didn’t work yesterday in Manhattan. If you have money and hire the right lobbyists it's all good
That is NYC!Didn’t work yesterday in Manhattan.
Seems to be working just fine, still hasn't paid off the initial civil lawsuit and this civil lawsuit will get tied up in appeals the same way after paying the bondsman to front the money.Didn’t work yesterday in Manhattan.
I think Teslas are still made in CA and TX.Wonder what the legal definition of 'Made in USA' is ? Really how much of the 'product' needs to be made in USA ?
I've seen labels with 'country of origin' being FILLED with countries.
Heck, aren't TESLAs made in CHINA now ??? APPLES are....
I always find this interesting (as a non-American, and from a country that's too small to ever pretend we could make everything we need ourselves).Tesla's Shanghai plant, its biggest globally, is capable of producing 1.1 million units of Model 3 and Model Y cars a year
so pretty sure a LOT of the parts, internal to 'Made in USA' will be coming from China
It goes back to what the legal definition of 'Made in USA' is. Does the guv require a percentage of the parts or specific parts to allow 'made in USA' ? Obviously the guv has a law somewhere on the books....
