Start by taking the hoe off, get a set of wrenches and remove safety covers to see if you can identify where the leak is. Worst case scenario is take the rear wheels off, remove fenders, seat and floor pan.
Based on your question you might be better off to call your local dealer and have them fix it.

I asked largely because of the lack of information online, no exploded views. I didn’t want to just start taking things apart willy-nilly if someone with experience would be willing to suggest best procedure.
I believe that's your loader valve in there. Those cover plates just bolt on.M62 is leaking hydraulic fluid from under the throttle pedal when using the backhoe swing arm.
How do I access that area so I can pinpoint the leak?
