loosened the filter . started tractor and had a very small stream of hyd fluid coming out about the diameter of pencil leadI've seen this exact scenario a couple of times.
You first need to establish if the pump is spinning and moving fluid.
Loosen both filters and crank the engine and check for any flow.
That does not look good. You will get a much more reliable indication of what the pump is doing with the procedure I suggested. You can rev the engine hard and let it run for an extended period of time. You need to verify there is oil delivery to the pump before you condemn it. Have you tried manually priming it?looks like the pump died to me
