That is correct. The tractor should not be operated with the ROPS folded down, it is primarily for getting into low-overhead structures for storage or transport.
I plead the 5th. 😶

Remove air from the rear tires or add a lot rear weight.

The absolute safest way to use any machinery, is to not use any machinery at all!
Same with highway driving.....
Don't do it at all....
Same with bath tubs....
Don't get in 'em!
I often wonder if the folks who give the safety advise to prevent injury and have a longer life also do everything else known to preserve their life. Do they smoke, drink alcohol, take drugs, speed while driving, have tires that are too old, use phone while driving, etc.... or are they perfect in every aspect of their life?
