Hey guys I'm new here. I work at a dealership. What I have going on is I'm going behind like 5 people. The tractor has new clutch packs. It has a new shuttle valve. So basically I've adjusted the clutch free travel to about 3/4" of pedal travel. I've checked the pressure at the right rear for the pto out put. I bumped the relief valve up to about 325 psi. I believe 330psi or so was max. I've adjusted the FNR cable where it moves forward and backwards. I've adjusted the shifter rods on the right side of the case. It called for 8.3 inches and the main shift rod in the cab called for 17.6 inches. Now if the machine is off and i put it in gear on the 1,2,3,4 shifter put it in forward or reverse it moves as it should but when you push the clutch to change gears it will not change from 1st to 2nd etc. If you start the tractor in neutral mash the clutch and try to put in 1,2,3,4 it will not go into gear. Do you think the shuttle is bypassing on the clutch part where the cable hooks to the shuttle valve or any ideas. At this point if the FNR is in neutral if you mash the clutch and try 1,2,3,4 etc it moves the tractor ever so slightly. Any thoughts

Do you work at a Kubota dealership? If so, why aren’t you reaching out to your Kubota regional service people for help instead of asking on the internet?

Sounds as if hyd valve that's controlled by foot pedal isn't opening fully therefore keeping pressure applied to shuttle clutch plates

I do and that's a legit question. I've been trolling the site a while I wanted to create an account to interact. I have access to wsm, the apps and tech support. I chose to ask here because there is alot of knowledge on this site and I like hearing from owners and techs feedback I guess.

Also there's been times I've came to this site and gotten answers, ideas, short cuts and stories. Often with tech support there is alot of phone tag, emails, creating a case. Sometimes the app freezes up or the particular model isn't in the app yet. Ive been a kubota tech since 2012. I've worked for deere several years, mahindra, scag, bobcat, spartan, grasshopper etc.
