Hey guys I'm new here. I work at a dealership. What I have going on is I'm going behind like 5 people. The tractor has new clutch packs. It has a new shuttle valve. So basically I've adjusted the clutch free travel to about 3/4" of pedal travel. I've checked the pressure at the right rear for the pto out put. I bumped the relief valve up to about 325 psi. I believe 330psi or so was max. I've adjusted the FNR cable where it moves forward and backwards. I've adjusted the shifter rods on the right side of the case. It called for 8.3 inches and the main shift rod in the cab called for 17.6 inches. Now if the machine is off and i put it in gear on the 1,2,3,4 shifter put it in forward or reverse it moves as it should but when you push the clutch to change gears it will not change from 1st to 2nd etc. If you start the tractor in neutral mash the clutch and try to put in 1,2,3,4 it will not go into gear. Do you think the shuttle is bypassing on the clutch part where the cable hooks to the shuttle valve or any ideas. At this point if the FNR is in neutral if you mash the clutch and try 1,2,3,4 etc it moves the tractor ever so slightly. Any thoughts
